Pros: Excellent accommodation, well situated, clean and with all facilities. Each bedroom had a split system, and a powerpoint. Shower was great temp and pressure. About 7 minutes walk from the nearest JR station, and a 15 minute walk to Shinjuku. The host was great with communication and ensured our every need was met.

Best location

Pros: The location is great, you are on 2 trainlines, giving you access to all of Tokyo within minutes. You can even walk to Shinjuku, which we did several times. For famillooking to stay here, there is a grocery store (Olympic) across the street.

Cons: Overall, the property was very comfortable but for my preference I would have like a softer mattress but this is purely a personal preference. The home met all our expectations.

Best value for money and great location

Pros: The place was quite spacious considering the location being close to shops, train station and all required facilities. It was also quite away from all the business. Very good value for 2 bedroom 4 bed room home. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Pros: Property owner is lovely. The location is convenient and overall had a great stay! Clean facilities and the air con was a life saver in the heat of Japanese summer.

Cons: The instructions you receive for check in are a bit confusing in relation to the air conditioning remote, and where the trash disposal and laundry machine is located.

Lovely stay in Shinjuku JX house

Pros: Great location, quieter area but within easy walking distance of shinjuku and short walk from Okubo train station and shin okubo train station . Clean and very functional. Beds were comfortable and apartment had everything you would need for stay. Great communication.

Cons: A small table to eat at would have been nice. Compensation for stained bed linen on one single bed (my son was sick) of 30000 yen seemed excessive.

Pros: The room was exactly what we needed for our trip. A good cozy place near the train station.

Super logement

Pros: Super logement bien situé à 10-15 mins à pieds du centre de Shinjuku

Pros: 近新宿交通非常方便，外面就有藥妝超市可以買，但沒有電梯，不能爬樓梯的旅客需要稍微留意，我們剛好被安排在最樓上，上上下下爬到有點怕😅

Cons: 洗澡水忽冷忽熱，增加床位的被單有點泛黃
