Overnight stay

Pros: The room was very clean and had everything needed for an overnight stay. Beds very comfy and the room was spacious and light. Luggage stored during day prior to check in and upon arrival the staff had moved it all into our room as well as hanging up our coats. Exceptional service.

Loved it - would highly recommend. Would stay again.

Pros: Loved the location - great quiet spot in Tokyo but easy to get to. Property was lovely - manager met us after a long day of travel and took our bags up to our room. Room was spacious and really comfy. On the day it was raining - there were umbrellas there for us to borrow.

Reasonable deal

Pros: Walking distance to Akihabara, Ueno and Kappabashi dori, this hotel is good if you want to go shopping on your last days or if you want to be in a quiet, local neighbourhood. Although the cons, for the price we had I say it's a reasonable deal.

Cons: The mattress was too soft to my liking. If you plan on cooking, yes there is a kitchen but minimally stocked so I wouldn't plan on making an elaborate meal. It's not well soundproofed but the administrator is there to talk with other guests to make sure to maintain a quiet environment.

Pros: The host was most polite and could facilitate that our reserved room was free to enter before incheck time. And the next day we overslept unfortunately a little after checkout time due to the jetlag. The host was so kind to give us some extra time to fresh up and pack before leaving. We are very grateful for all the flexibility. Besides this, we recommend the hotel as a nice quiet and cosy place to stay!
