Pros: The apartment was really conveniently placed between asakusa and Akihabara, for groups who like to walk it's really good.

Great value for money, great location. Perfect budget stay.

Pros: Close walk to multiple stations. Close walk to “Electric City”. Self check in but staff interactions online were friendly. Comfy bed and fold out couch capable for another guest. Would definitely stay again! Amazing value for money.

Cons: Little small when both beds are in use but this is to be expected when the lounge room becomes a bedroom.

Pros: Location(it was pretty quiet at night), room had every necessary appliances

Cons: Stairs are very narrow, it's really hard to get upstairs with heavy luggage.

Pros: Clean, great location, very responsive staff, exceptional stay. Definitely recommend.

Pros: It’s close to Akihabara and Kuramae station which was great for travelling

Excellent!

Pros: We had a great time in Tokyo while we stayed at this place for 15 days. It was very clean when we arrived, it has enough space for two people and all your luggage (and shopping). There is a table for your takeout and konbini snacks, as well as a fridge and a microwave. The air vent in the bathroom did an excellent job with drying out our laundry, which you can do on the private washing machine in each apartment. With a ~15 minute walk you can reach many train stations (Kuramae, Ueno, Akihabara, Okachimachi), depending on where you want to go. We never thought we were inconvenienced by the location, which is also very quiet and full of interesting craft stores and cute cafes.

Cons: There was no live TV, minor nitpick.

Pros: Clean, good location on lovely neighbourhood, near shops and not too far from metro stations. Shower was nice and having a washing machine was very convenient

Cons: The sofa bed was uncomfortable, great for a couple but a bit too small for 3 people

Pros: Everything was great. Quiet, good location, functional. Great for couples or small families. About 20 minute walk to Ueno station.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The place was very clean and well equipped, the space just enough for 2 people, not as close to the station but the walks through the neighbourhood were enjoyable. Will definitely be returning here.

Cons: There was a bit of a funny smell coming from the bathroom, we also got the 4th floor which was a bit hard for carrying suitcases but has nothing to do with the place.

Pros: Very cozy apartment with plenty of appliances. Self check-in process very convenient. The owner replied to all the questions. The cost is ridiculous for the area. Walking distance to metro and train stations.
