Sheath Okachimachi Apartment Hotel

Pros: I really love how their team handles customers even before we arrive in Japan. Everything was so smooth. I specially requested that they turn on the heater before we arrived because I have a baby with me, and they did. Thank you so much for all your hospitality!

Pros: The apartment has the best location, it is spotlessly clean, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is very clean and the tub is very relaxing, and the kitchen is very functional. Have the best value! We will definitely book again!

Spacious, new apartment in a nice part of tokyo

Pros: Spacious, secure and quiet, full kitchen and washing machine.

Cons: The pillows were very tall and not comfortable. Some lower profile pillows would make sleeping more comfortable.

Nice room, quiet neighborhood, convenience is just a walk away.

Pros: We ended up booking room 301, which is the studio with balcony. The property was in a quiet neighborhood (which is what I was looking for) and close to everything. Okachimachi station is about a 5-6 minute walk, and konbinis and Life Supermarket are a couple blocks away. There are also a few neighborhood restaurants nearby, although we didn’t get a chance to try them out. On our last day we had to wash our clothes in bulk and there is a laundromat right around the corner. However, the property room itself does have a washer. In typical Tokyo fashion, convenience is never too far away.

Cons: The room was a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures. If you have an issue with or simply don’t want to be constantly packing and putting away things, then this is NOT your room. The kitchen table is a foldable, and has to be folded if you’re going to use the sofa bed, and to use the sofa bed the kitchen table has to folded. If you plan to eat out all the time, then this isn’t an issue, but if for any reason you eat in the room, then it can easily become tedious. Be careful on how many large luggages you have. If it’s more than one , it is not going to fit in the room, there just isn’t enough space. Unless you don’t mind putting additional luggage out in the balcony.

Pros: In a quiet area, few minutes walk to the train station. Konbini and supermarket within walking distance. Kitchen has basic equipment and utensils. Bed was super comfy.
