A very good base for a week or two in Tokyo at a decent price.
Pros: Astonishing value for money. Decent sized room one stop from Akihabara for a very good price. Also came with a small kitchenette which was a very welcome surprise. Would make a very good base for a week or two in Tokyo.
Cons: Light above the door didn’t go out, apparently for safety reasons. If you require pitch blackness to sleep I’d recommend buying an eye mask.

Big room, good price, location not too convenient.
Pros: It is located in a quiet residential area, with quite some convenience stores nearby. The room was very big and had a lot of amenities, such as a microwave, small stovetop and a fridge. I like how its a small kitchen, but also fully equipped with kitchen tools (pans, cultery, mugs, plates etc). There is also a second sink which is very handy to brush your teeth at (instead of in the kitchen).
Cons: The room was clean, but I did notice some smudges on the wall. It also is a bit of an old-fashioned room. It is not located in a very handy area as it isn't close to the busy areas and you'd have to change trains a few times to get to the busy areas of Tokyo.

Pros: No fuss accommodation that became our home base for our time in Japan
Cons: Mid stay clean / linen refresh for our 10 day booking would have been appreciated

Really good aside from toilet size
Pros: Has everything you need (plugs, pots, stove, microwave, good size fridge, actual bows/plates/cutlery in case you wanted to cook)
Cons: Toilet is tiny, my knees would touch the door when I sat down (I’m 5’10)

Decent and clean place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood at a reasonable price, with a small kitchen.
Pros: Decent, clean, relatively comfortable, good fridge, stove, quiet location, free washer and dryer.
Cons: If you are staying for more than 3 days, it would be good to have access to a vacuum and sheet/towel change. Walk to the subway is 15 minutes, and there are not many restaurants close by, but the walk is healthy!

Pros: It is clean and the staff was really well prepared
Cons: I cant turn on the table lamp and water heater at the same time, as it shared the same plug point.

Good clean and efficient Hotel Apartment nearby to 3 Stations which makes commuting very easy.
Pros: This is a nice Apartment Hotel in Taito area and near to 3 different stations.. Also it is near to Kurame station which has a direct train to both Haneda and Narita airports, so you dont need to change into different train stations to reach the airport. This is a clean and neat residential area with Parks around. We had 2 room apartment with a Small Kitchen in it. Overall value for money and big space for Tokyo standards..
Cons: Not much to dislike..
