Pros: Staff were fantastic and the room is quite good as well I mean I had 2 suitcases and I had a lot of space despite that. Everything was great, amazing restaurant right next to the apt

Cons: The bathroom was a bit small for me I’m around 184 cm.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Complete, and Comfortable

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. What I appreciated the most was how clean, neat, and well-equipped everything was. The room was spotless and well-organized. There was a washing machine and a kitchen available, which made things very convenient, especially for longer stays. The bathroom was also impressive — clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained. All the essentials were provided, from tissues to toiletries. Everything felt complete and thoughtfully prepared. It truly made my stay comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Cons: I liked it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for more than two days, but unfortunately, it was fully booked. That just shows how popular this place is. Highly recommended — but be sure to book early!

Pros: My friend and I really loved this place. The location is on a really nice quiet street, but still very close to everything you want to see in Shinjuku, plus the train station. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. The room was really cute and clean. It had all the amenities we could need - we really appreciated things like laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, large fridge and kitchenware. I can tell the owner is very thoughtful. I would highly recommend staying here - its great value for money.

Great value and clean stay in Tokyo

Pros: Simple accommodations 13 minute walk from Shinjuku station, 3 minutes from Shinjuku- Goetmine station. Lawsons right access the street. This is a clean bed in a great area. Good value for Tokyo. Was surprisingly quiet at night. Hot water was amazingly plentiful.

Cons: Not a didn’t like - but the bathroom was short. Son over 6 feet- sheer head was at chest.

Pros: Nice location, available to put bags in the room before check-in

Cons: The pillows were a bit hard and the cleaning personnel left the previous guests trash bag under our beds

Pros: 離新宿三丁目站走路五分鐘左右，附近有三種地鐵可搭很方便。 民宿設備齊全，除了門鎖用鑰匙很不好開關外，其他都很好，高CP值的民宿。

Pros: 最寄り駅から徒歩１分、新宿までも歩ける距離。 最寄り駅周辺にコンビニや朝食が食べられるカフェあり。 静か。

Cons: ワンルームマンションのユニットバスなのでかなり狭い。 標準のアジア人体型ならともかく、体の大きい人にはかなり窮屈だろう。

Pros: 地點真是無可挑剃，走出來一百多公尺就有地鐵站，公寓陽台看出去就是新宿御苑。空間大又有電梯，入住當天我們詢問了房東可否提早過去放行李，他告訴我們可以提早入住，讓行程輕鬆很多！謝謝！
