Great for your first stay in Tokyo

Pros: Very nice location, clean, we had everything we needed.

Cons: A bit small for three people, but if you’re close with the people you’re travelling with you’ll be fine

Pros: It had all the facilities we needed, such as washing machine, amenities, fridge, microwave, TV, and WiFi. It’s close to two stations near Shinjuku, so it was easy to get around. I definitely recommend it. Lots of things to do, nice cafes and restaurants.

Cons: It's too small for a group of 3, I recommend it for 2 people maximum. Totally worthy!

Worth the money and very good location.

Pros: The property’s location was good. Can walk from there to shinjuku and shibuya (if you’re legs are up for it). It’s not as pricey as other places considering the location. The amenities are good, like the fridge and washing machine. Very handy. The host was aboe to book us a taxi from the hotel to Narita airport in a reasonable amount with a very good quality taxi. The bed was so comfy.

Cons: The building looks old and a bit dirty. The pillows and sheets did not smell the same to each other like it has been used before. Hot shower is not consistent. Takes ages to be hot and then it gets too hot that you turn the knob and it’s gonna be freezing again. The host is not as responsive. It takes a while for him to reply.

Pros: The location of this property is unbeatable—super prime and perfect for a solo traveler. If you're traveling with more than two adults, it might not be the best fit, but for solo or duo trips, it's ideal. Having a washing machine and cleaning supplies added great value to the stay. It's conveniently located right by the train station and surrounded by many stores, making it incredibly accessible. The host was very communicative and made the space feel authentically Japanese, which I truly appreciated. However, upon arrival, I noticed the space could have been cleaned better. This is something I would suggest improving for future stays. Overall, a great experience with just a small area for improvement!

Cons: What I didn’t like about the property was the cleanliness upon arrival—it could definitely have been improved. Also, the property is a walk-up, which wasn’t an issue for me but is something to be prepared for. Additionally, there aren’t any views from the windows, as they face other apartments, but that shouldn’t deter anyone from booking the stay. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise pleasant experience.
