Overall We love our stay

Pros: We stayed 4 nights in Spatium, I liked the room size and layout, AC works well, toilet is separate from the bathroom, location is quite but close to the fish market and Ginza, but the best part is the staff, they were all really caring and willing to help with anything we asked. I also liked the fact that there is an espresso coffee machine in the lobby so I can have my espresso early morning.

Cons: Need to improve the cleaning as it’s a bit dusty Improve the towels quality Add hangers in the bathroom The blankets are too thick for the summer Get a better coffee machine so the coffee is hotter. Still this hotel is much better than any hotel I stayed in Tokyo and I will be happy to stay there again.

Pros: Aesthetically pleasing. Really peaceful vibe. Close to station and good places to visit.

Pros: The location, it’s so close to Tsukiji market and short walk to Ginza district and if your really fancy a walk to Tokyo station not a long walk either as there’s a lot of shops and restaurants along the way. We got the JR bus to Tokyo station and then taxi. It’s only 10 mins ride. But if you don’t have many luggage, can easily accessible by Tokyo Metro. The price for the stay was good, and the accom has washer/dryer. The girls staffs there were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely book there again next time I visit Tokyo.

Comfortable and fun!

Pros: The vibe and style was perfect! Friendly staff and clean look overall. Loved how it’s just a short walking distance to Tsukiji fish market. Also very accessible in terms of finding near by stations.

Stylish stay in Tsukiji

Pros: Nice and stylish hotel, conveniently located in Tsukiji area. Outer market is close but not too close, and hotel is walking distance from the subway. Quiet street. The team is great, and they allowed us to leave luggage with them after checkout, which was very convenient. Great coffee at the cafe downstairs. Fantastic bathtub in the room!

Cons: The AC in bedroom was malfunctioning (only heating on all modes). And the shower room had unpleasant smell when we checked in (I assume limited vent in the shower area caused some old water smell).

Great value. Modern and spatious.

Pros: Room designed very well to fit 3 travelers. Large bathroom with hot tub.

Cons: Difficult to fine location by taxi. Many times taxi missed a turn. Should omprove direction signage. Other than that, this is an excellent place to stay.

Chambre spacieuse et bien située

Pros: Proche du métro Tsukiji et du marché au poisson mais l'hotel est dans une rue très calme. Il y a des commerces et restaurants à proximité. La chambre était spacieuse, décoration design et bien aménagée. Tout le confort pour y séjourner quelques jours (lave linge, frigo, bureau, grande salle de bain (douche et baignoire)). Personnel accueillant et disponible.

Pros: 日比谷線築地駅から3～5分。築地市場外は信号渡ってすぐ。銀座まで歩いて20分程度。ロケーション最高。 周りにコンビニもいくつかあり、お食事処もたくさんあるので食べ物には困らなかった。 滞在中部屋にこもって仕事をしていた日もあり、その時は清掃の方と翻訳アプリを使用して希望時間帯を伝えて対応してもらった。清掃が入らない日も替えのタオルはドアにかけておいてくれる＋必要なものは補充してもらえたので助かった。 部屋は１～２人の滞在であれば充分すぎるほど広く、特に洗面所と浴室は十分すぎるほど広かった。 コンクリートと襖の感じの内容もとてもよく、クローゼットや棚もあり、中長期滞在の方には勝手がいいと思う。 スタッフさん皆様感じが良く、滞在中に届かなかった荷物もその後対応してくださりとても助かった。 ありがとうございます。機会があれば是非また宿泊したい。

Cons: 洗濯機のゴム部分にホコリがたまっていたのか、水が溜まりやすく、清掃が間に合っているか少し気になった。 また、お風呂にお湯を張る際蛇口をひねった最初の数十秒だけ茶色っぽいお湯が出てくる。その後はきれいな水/お湯が出てくるが、何度か溜めて入ったが、毎度のことだったので不思議に思った。

Pros: Super emplacement pour visiter Tokyo. Métro a 400 m. Beacoup de petits restos aux alentours. Belle salle de bain avec baignoire.

Cons: 1 seule pièce dans l appart avec 1 lit double et 2 emplacements additionnelles un peu spartiate. Il manque une petite cuisine avec une table et quelques chaises. Suffisant pour dormir mais pas plus.
