Good value for money, we really enjoyed it.

Pros: The place is cozy and has all essencials like ac and washing machine. Very good value for money. The self check in was easy because the instructions were clear. There is a 711 store nearby which was very convenient. The location is close to the station which made it easy to commute. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you and hope to be back soon!

Cons: It's a bit small but that's typical to Japanese hotels.

Great location and everything we needed.

Pros: It was our first time in Tokyo and this apartment was perfect. Great location, clean, good value for money and everything we needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again when we return to Tokyo.

Pros: Very cozy, comfortable, clean, has working appliances, everything we need. Many convenience stores + train station nearby. Host is also friendly and accommodating in our chat.

Nice quiet place near Otsuka station

Pros: The location is pretty good. Only 10 minutes by foot to Otsuka and 20min straight to Ikebukuro! Neighbourhood is quiet and there is a 7 eleven 2 minutes away. The apartment was okay for one person, maybe even a second but then the suitcase storage space runs short. Washing Maschine and shower room with dryer function available.

Cons: The air conditioning and bathroom filters should be cleaned more regularly but still fine.

Pros: Its a nice place. In my opinion not for more than two three nights

Simple for temporary living

Pros: Good location, one stop before Ikebukuro which is such a busy stop. Had everything we needed for temporary living. The clothes dryer in the bathroom was so ideal as there wasn't a balcony to air dry laundry. Has a warm toilet seat. Good sized bathroom.

Cons: Found mold forming in the bathroom so I had clean the bathroom before use. Pillow was stained yellow and it showed throw the white pillowcase which was a bit disgusting. The room got dusty very very quickly which means no deep cleaning done properly or the ac needs a clean because there was always a lot of dust on the white bedding. This place has no elevator so prepare for a workout with your luggage. The TV was not secure on the wall mount. Everytime we pulled it out to use the mount was extremely loose and would swing back into the wall.

Clean and Comfortable

Pros: Good bang for your buck, but it depends on your room. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 7 days, when we first got there the room we booked didn't have enough space for our legs on the toilet so we couldn't close the toilet door. But the managers understood and moved us to a different room the following day! They respond quickly which is very nice, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The Internet kept disconnecting so sometimes we used our hot-spot, if you work from far like us. Keep this in mind. It has everything you need except a hair conditioner. There were also expected to be cutlery, but it was missing from our specific room, so we needed to buy some to actually cook there. But overall, it is a really good price, really nice managers, and good location! Will return again.

Pros: It was neat and clean. Everything was in order The location is brilliant. There's a washing machine and a dryer. Great wifi as well. Everything is mentioned from before. You can find umbrellas below too.

Cons: Unsure how to empty the dustbin.

Pros: Had everything my family needed. Toilet was equipped with dryer function, so that helped a lot in drying our clothes during the winter season. In the vicinity of supermarket and convenience stores and other shops.
