Italy 🇮🇹

Consigliato per un soggiorno tranquillo a Tokyo

Pros: Bell'appartamento, nuovo e con un accattivante stile giapponese. Situato in un quartiere ricco di servizi, ristoranti, supermercato e stazione metro a pochi passi. In più l'host è stato estremamente rapido e gentile aiutandoci a risolvere un problema che abbiamo avuto nella casa.

Cons: Letti molto duri, appartamento che consiglierei principalmente in primavera e autunno dato lo scarso isolamento, e cucina non eccessivamente fornita.

Pros: 家電やキッチン用品が揃っていて、子供が朝食を作ってくれました。みんなで自分の家にいる様なホッとするお部屋でした。

Cons: 慣れてないせいかベットのあるお部屋の段差に何度かつまづきそうになりました。

お値打ち和スイート宿でゆったり

Pros: 今回は家族で車移動で利用させていただきました。宿泊施設近隣には多くのコインパーキングもあり、コンビニも徒歩2分ほどにありとても便利な場所にありました。また、田園都市線用賀駅も徒歩４分程の距離でしたので電車移動での利用も便利だと感じました。

Cons: 部屋へのアプローチ階段に屋根がないので雨天時に昇降が不便になるかなくらいです。

Very nice stay.

Pros: very nice place, clean, small but located near the Yoga station.

Cons: My unit was on the 3rd floor and the stairs were located outside of the building, and I had my parents who were elderly staying there so that wasn't ideal. but for regular people this would not be an issue.

ロケーションがよく、長期滞在にとても便利

Pros: 生活に必要なものが全て揃っていた。エアコン、空気清浄機なども完備されていてよかった。ゴミも自分で下に出せるのはよかった。

Cons: アパートの3階ということで、エレベーターがなかった。外階段でスーツケースを運ぶのは大変だった。シャワーのみだったのでバスタブが欲しかった。

Excellent option for families

Pros: We travelled with a baby and a toddler and the room was spacious and provided everything we needed for a 3 week stay. (washing machine, great A/C, kichen with pans and plates, microwave, a combini and big supermarkets (OK and Fuji) just a few steps awayt. he location is great as it is central enough yet quiet compared to the busy places like Shibuya, which can be a bit daunting with kids during rush hour. it’s also one stop away from Futako Tamagawa which has an excellent shopping centre that is less crowded! loved the ichiokuen yakitori place nearby. also, the customer service was exceptional and responded within minutes whenever we had an inquiry.

Cons: it doesn’t have a bathtub- so with a baby it would be useful to bring a babytub. a full lenth mirror would have been nice. noise isolation isn’t great as you can hear things from outside at night, and lastly the balcony/windows are sealed with the paperdoor look and cannot be opened/accessed.
