Great local experience in Tokyo!

Pros: Really nice, cosy and comfy studio in a typical residential neighborhood. Sakura and Yasuo the hosts were really friendly and helpful, they add a desk and a chair to the room so I could work properly. Communication was easy, they even invited me to eat soba with them for lunch. They were always happy to help if I needed anything. The neighborhood is really nice and calm. I recommend this place for a typical stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Great communication with Sakura, easy and smooth check-in, apartment had everything we needed! Sakura is also kind and helping to bring a forgotten item to my next hotel! Communication, ease and kindness was over and above what's expected from a typical stay...

Pros: Very clean and cozy with a perfect amount of space for a couple at a great location. We felt right at home and would come again anytime we have a chance! Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Tokyo!

Pros: 私は世田谷ぼろ市の出店者です。まず第一に、会場から歩いて５分と近い事ホテルと違い、セカンドハウス的なくつろぎ感がある事スーパーも近く、室内キッチンで自由に調理までできる事夜はメインの通りから1歩中に入っているせいかとても静かでしたなどなど長年出店していながら、今回初めて抹茶庵さんの様な宿泊施設があるのを知りました。この1月も出店しますが、残念ながらお世話になれませんでした。今年12月及び来年1月、それぞれ14日インの16日アウトで早めに予約させて頂きたいと思っております。

Cons: エヤコンの暖房の温度が上がらなかった様に感じました。照明がもう少し明るければ良いと思います。できればライトコントローラー付きならベスト
