Pros: The apartment was very user friendly. There was everything there that you could need for a week’s stay in Tokyo. Like a home from home. The location was close to the local tram for connecting to the greater rail network.

Cons: I really can’t think of anything.

Pros: Very comfortable beds, aircon was a welcome necessity, free WiFi, good location with 7-11 right next door and bus stops and train stations very close. Good amount of space in bedrooms

Cons: Strangely sparse kitchen, two glasses, 1 good coffee mug, couldn't find any plates to eat food from.

Fantastic

Pros: Very clean and had all the facilities, modern washing machine, next to 7/11 and bus stop. Train station close by. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen well equipped.

Pros: Very accessible location along with clean facilities.

Cons: It's a bit small for 4 people, but definitely manageable.

Comfy and Clean

Pros: spacious, seperate rooms, clean, convenient as 7/11 next door and city quite close. Host is helpful too! It's hard to find rooms in Japan with seperate rooms so this was perfect!

Cons: There was a bit of a stinge in the toilet the whole time but It's quite normal apparently as Japan has a bit of an odour smell anyway

Tokyo stay in Setagaya

Pros: Separate spaces for a family to be together and apart when needed. Wonderful toilet and bathroom facilities. Comfortable beds. Lovely nook and use of desk space. Nice to have a foyer. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities to cook with. Having the 7-11 next door was really handy. Ozecki grocery store is afew minutes away. Really nice neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo center.

Cons: It was a bit noisy in the kitchen as we could hear and see people on the other side of the window. They were waiting for the bus. There must be a local hospital as there were regular ambulances going by. Also, I didn't realize that you could only access the kitchen by going through a bedroom. The washing machine was really loud, and I felt bad as there are others staying on the upper floors.

Pros: seriously worth every lenny, everything is perfect, recommended

Comfortable rooms near convenient rail lines.

Pros: The property was easy to find and located next to a convenience store with any necessities you may need.

Very convenient. Suited my needs. Would come again.

Pros: Everything was in it place and matched the description and expectations. The location was very convenient for my needs. The office space was very convenient and together with the table in the kitchen allowed two people to work at the same time. The WiFi router provided by the host was a real plus.

Cons: It was a little noisy being right by a bus stop. The windows didn't open and there was little natural light.

Pros: Good communication throughout the entire time. Had everything we needed.
