Pros: What a fantastic apartment to base ourselves in for our stay in Tokyo! First of all, the location on a relatively quiet street was so nice to return to after spending long days in the crazy crowds of the city, and the train station just down the road made getting around on public transport really easy. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen and washing machine, and really appreciated the detailed instructions for everything (and recommendations!) sent by the host. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning worked a treat. Would not hesitate to return.

Cons: As other people have noted there were quite a few steep steps up the the apartment - it didn't bother us but worth being aware of!

Cons: No lift option. And unfortunately during my stay, strict with the late checkout even for 30mins. Situational, understandable. Good stay overall. Quiet area. Ideal for a peaceful walk at night.

Nice flat in a good relax area of Tokyo.

Pros: Good area in Tokyo, pleasant, not too busy but with all facilities. Getting the entrance code was easy and handy. Very nice parks nearby. The AC works well, it is necessary in summer.

Cons: There is a stove and a ricecooker but I did understand how to use it. In the end I only used the microwave. There is nothing to see from the window of the room (1st floor) and if you ever open the window there is a terrible thrash fish smell.
