Pros: A beautiful hotel with an amazing view of Shinjuku from the ninth floor. The city looks especially stunning at night. The room is very comfortable and well equipped, featuring a spacious bathroom, a heated toilet, a kitchen with cookware, and a large, cozy bed that I absolutely fell in love with.✨ And the location is excellent: a major train station, shops, and everything you might need are just a short walk away.🫡

Convenient, cheap and enough for a short stay.

Pros: The hotel was really close to many connecting train stations, so traveling was extremely easy. There were plenty of supermarkets nearby and restaurants. Close to the hotel there was a cool Jazz bar. The room had an AC that was able to keep it very warm even in the colder nights.

Cons: The room itself wasn't too big and I wish there was more space for clothes and other everyday things. It wasn't the cleanest space, but it wasn't too terrible either.

Very good value for the money in the Tokyo area.

Pros: Easy to find from the station, frequent trains to Ikebukoro where you can easily get to other parts of Tokyo. Stayed for 8nights, ordered one extra cleaning, if you need a clean towel they take a small fee. Laundry room with several washing machines and dryers, easy to use. Nice, helpful personal who can communicate in English.

Pros: Thank you very much for the warm welcome, everything was great, the location is excellent, the room has literally everything Please excuse the huge number of bags and boxes of sneakers.😅

Pros: I needed a long stay hotel i could use as a base as I made excursions to other cities. Flexstay fully met my needs. Room was small but comfortable, coin laundry on site was very convenient. Location was in a quiet more residential area, less than 5 minute walk to Ekoda station, 3 stops from Ikebukuro. Area had many small restaurants and convenience stores and never busy.

Great Value for Money

Pros: This is a simple hotel with basic facilities. The room is quite small, but that’s fairly standard for Tokyo. Considering its location and what it offers, the price is very fair and makes it a good value for a short stay.

Kudos to staff,.they go above and beyond.

Pros: The staff are.really.helpful and.goes.above.and.beyond. Convenient.location. The train station is only 2 to 3 minutes walk, and there is also bus stops right outside and plenty of restaurants nearby Lawson right next door. 7 eleven and Family mart are also.close. There is McDonald's and KFC too and a.supermarket.

Cons: I like. everything here, the staff won't bother you at all. Comfy bed and surprisingly big.

Lovely place and great value for money.

Pros: Lovely little place. Staff were excellent as I had mistakenly booked a smoking room. As such the room had a bit of a stale smell from the previous user. I asked just incase if I could move and before I knew it a room had been prepared for me. The staff apologised greatly even though it was my mistake and were very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

Pros: Location is in a quiet residential area. The bed is super fluffy and cozy. Conveniently located near several konbinis. Laundry and common room were clean.

Cons: At 2000 yen per hour, the late check-out fee was extremely expensive. The room light remote was finnicky sometimes. The bathroom looks outdated. It's a bit of a walk and distance from downtown Tokyo. The staff member who checked me in at night seemed grumpy.

Pros: Was walking distance to Ekoda station, lots of food options in the area and a quick train ride to Ikebukuro. Staff spoke really good english. Was very happy with my stay there.
