Cons: They need to have mattress in pods. It was a very thin foam which is not comfy at all

Excellent value for the money. I would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat!

Pros: Everything was very clean (including the optional shower area) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had free soft drinks and soft-serve ice cream available as well, which I thought were nice touches. There were also many computers available to use for free.

Quite and Comfortable

Pros: I loved the complimentary drinks and the set up, comfy and caring

Good option but not for people with delicate sleep.

Pros: Easy, convenient, cheap accommodation. As many Capsule hotels you have to put up with sharing with other guests and their noises but for the price and convenience this is a good option. Great location and good value for money.

Cons: 2 of the three nights I stayed we were waken up in the middle of the night. First night with the fire alarm that went on for a whole hour as only authorised people could turn it off. The other night was an extremely loud mechanical noise, also for another hour or so. No one was there to explain what was happening or to even to apologise for the inconvenience.

Pros: The place is very cute and very modern. Nice details at the womens toilet. I was lucky and there weren't many girls around my booth so I spent a very pleasant and silent night and I felt very comfortable. The have some free drinks and coffee at the cafe. The location is great as it is in the heart of Shinjuku.

Cons: I didn't like that they dont have lockers to keep your belongins and you can't lock your booth either so this place is basically oriented to travelers who \

Cons: I want to be honest . Since I was having difficulty to breath 🫁 in the down side bed 🛏️ upon arrival I kindly asked to move me to another bed . They said no . They allocated all the guest next to each other bed . It was possible to sleep comfortably but my neighbors was noisy . And Dormitory was huge . It was not nice

Pros: It's very clean. The afternoon staffs (younger ones) were very accommodating. Unlimited drinks and spacious lounge. It's very quite as well. Amenities were good.

Cons: I was afraid of the staff(old) when we checked in at around 12nn. He was very strict. My friend took a video since it's our first time booking a capsule, but he got mad and he had it deleted. When he got my luggage, he had to pull it hard I was afraid it will be broken.

Pros: First time trying capsule and it was very quiet. You could read books and relax. The location was fantastic as it was within 1 minute walk to Godzilla hotel. You pay to use the shower which towels are provided. I misplaced my bag wrong capsule which eventually the day staff found it.

Cons: One of the senior reception team I felt he was bit rude even I already checked out before 10am and I had to charge my phone in reception area that he forced me to leave just after 10am.

Pros: Great free drinks area, great location and pods were clean.

Cons: Very strict with rules - 30 min to use the shower for extra price, fines if longer. Couldn’t “check out” and sit in the shared space.

Convenient, cozy, clean

Pros: The shower and bathroom facilities were very clean. At night the entire floor was super quiet, which was very appreciated. I absolutely loved the firm pillows each capsule had. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great. I really enjoyed the drink bar and location as well.

Cons: The mattresses are definitely thin and if you haven't slept on a Japanese style mattress before then it can be an adjustment. Check out felt a little early and there was no place to store your luggage after check out. I think moving check out to 11am and considering a baggage storage area for after check out would be nice.
