Pros: Clean, modern, and spacious unit. Relatively near to shin koenji station (10min walk for us), the neighborhood got pretty chill and peaceful vibe which we love so much. Plenty of practical amenities (microwave, ironing, washing machine, utensils). Definitely well worth the price!

Cons: Not too many spot to hang clothes, there's a cupboard but we used it to dry our laundry. Would be helpful if there are some hooks on the bedroom.
