Nice cozy apartment in Central Ikebukuro

Pros: The apartment is located on the third floor above restaurants in a converted commercial building that has been renovated into residential use. There are five bedrooms, each fitted with a bed, but the rooms are not fully walled, so there is limited soundproofing between them. The toilet, bathroom, and kitchen were clean and functional. The location is a strong highlight—right in the heart of Ikebukuro, surrounded by shops, with convenience stores nearby and the train station just a 5–10 minute walk away. Tip-top communication with host.

Cons: Space for luggage is quite tight, though this is fairly standard for Tokyo accommodations. Early morning and late night noise (loading and unloading) from the restaurants below is noticeable.

老闆娘超棒，交通便利，如果攜帶小件行李的話是很推薦這個民宿～

Pros: 公寓老板超級棒，幫了我們很多很多的忙，在住宿期間也很照顧我們，也讓我們提早入住和寄放行李。位置佳，離池袋車站超級近，附近也有很多餐廳、咖啡題和百貨公司等。而且房間很多，可以容納九個人左右，很適合大家庭一起住。

Cons: 整體來說都超級棒，我們住的很開心，但因為位在三樓，大件行李稍微有點不方便，但老闆娘有協助幫忙一起搬行李，所以整體來說我們大家都很喜歡這間住宿。

Pros: Le logement est très bien situé, c'était parfait, et très facile à trouver. Le propriétaire a été très aidant tout au long du séjour, très rapide et efficace. Le logement est très agréable. Très bien aménagé, en peu d'espace il y a vraiment de la place pour tout le monde. Nous étions 6 personnes. Les couchages sont très bien, le canapé aussi. L'espace salon et l'espace repas sont parfaits. La vaisselle, le mobilier, tout est joli, on sent que le propriétaire se préoccupe du bien-être des visiteurs. Nous avons été très bien guidés à l'arrivée, bien accompagnés pendant le séjour et aidés le jour de notre départ, nous avons été très touchés par la gentillesse et la serviabilité des personnes sur place. Nous pensons revenir à Tokyo, et à coup sûr nous reviendrons ici.
