Amazing accomodation for Tokyo with a great, quiet location

Pros: The location was excellent— a short walk from Otsuka Station which is situated on the Yamanote Line, providing easy access to central areas such as Shinjuku and Shibuya. There was also a convenience store right next to the accommodation. The accommodation was very clean, all the facilities were perfect and spotless. Both bedrooms were nice and spacious, with a very nice communal dining table area alongside the kitchen. Bathroom was sufficient, which included a hairdryer as well as a washing machine with provided detergent, as well as a drying rack. Toilet was a bit small, but was manageable. Slippers were provided as well for after taking your shoes off in the entrance, though that space was a bit small as well. Overall, a perfect stay for us in Tokyo and highly recommend!

Cons: Toilet and entrance space for putting on shoes to leave were a bit small. Otherwise, no other comments.

Pros: Great stay, quick and nice replies from the owner. Great Apartment and a great location, would stay there again.

3 min walk to JR Otsuka

Pros: Good sized apartment for 4 people. Rooms were bigger than normal Japanese standards, and living room had good space. Ref, microwave, washer, dryer all good. Very clean. Host was very easy to communicate with. Location very close to JR Otsuka, maybe 3 mins walk.

Cons: Near the train tracks, so if you're sensitive to noise, might not be for you. Didn't bother us really. During our stay, there were noisy people around midnight, out on the street, probably drunk. We could hear them through the windows, so maybe not as sealed as we would've liked.

Pros: Konumunun harika olduğunu belirtmek istiyorum. JR metro istasyonuna yuruyerek 5 dakikada ulaşıyorsunuz. Bu metro ağı ile Tokyo'da gezip görülmesi gereken bölgelere yaklaşık 20 dk içinde ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Daha önce apa otelde kalmış birisi olarak otel odalarının ne kadar küçük ve olanaklarının az olduğunu bildiğimden, bu dairenin hem rahatlığı hemde olanaklarının geniş olması gerçekten çok hoşumuza gitti. Ayrıca mutfakta ki ocakta kendi yemeğimizi de pişirdik, tava,tencere,çatal bıçak,tabak,bardak gibi temel şeyler evin içinde var.Ev sahibiyle whatsapp uzerinden her konuda bilgi alabilirsiniz, yardımcı oluyor. Ev genel olarak temiz ve düzenliydi. Fotoğraflarda gördüğümüzle birebir aynıydı. Ev konforundaydı.

Pros: Die Größe der Schlafzimmer war gut. Nah an einer JR Linie. Einfache Kommunikation mit den Besitzern. Es war sauber.

Cons: Die Gegend war nur okay, auch wenn Minimärkte in der Umgebung sind. Etwas laut durch die Bahn und die Menschen im Haus.

Very Nice place!!

Pros: The room is big and comfy have all facility you need. Near by the otsuka station.

Cons: The clothesline is broken so it’s hard to hang the cloth after washes.

Pros: 跟其他評論說明的一樣，地理位置真的太好了，距離JR大塚站走路非常近，而且這個地理位置搭上這個價格跟空間真的是很不錯的選擇！ 大塚站所在的山手線也是非常方便的一條路線。 雖然在車站旁邊，但是在房間不會特別覺得列車非常吵。 房源是2LDK，這次入住是三個人住，覺得很舒適，房間跟客廳空間也滿大的，打開大行李箱收拾都非常方便！ 也有廚房跟大冰箱，住起來很舒適。 不過客廳好像沒冷氣? (有可能是我們不會用) 我們是門打開讓房間的冷氣流通到客廳的。

Pros: 1.離JR大塚車站非常近，地理位置佳 2.有電梯，行李不用自己扛上樓 3.四人家庭住空間還不錯 不過室外餐桌區沒有冷氣，要開房間的冷氣吹出來

Pros: มันเป็นห้องพักที่สุดยอดมาก มีเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าและของใช้ครบครัน เจ้าของบ้านใจดี และใส่ใจกับดีเทลการพักอาศัยมากๆ ชอบที่สุดคือเงียบสงบ และทำเลที่ตั้งก็สะดวกสุดๆ ใกล้ร้านอาหาร ใกล้ห้าง ใช้เวลาเดินทางจากที่พักไปขึ้นรถไฟแค่ 2 นาที

Good location and clean

Pros: Good location. 711 down stairs by the corner . Walk to ōtsuka station (JR line) around 3 minutes,really close. Cleanliness. Solved the problems fast.
