Pros: The facilities and clean room. Value for money considering how expensive Tokyo could be. The owner (elderly lady) was talkative and nice. Next to a park.

Cons: The broken elevator. And hard to adjust to sleeping on the tatami. Walls were a bit thin and I could hear the ppl in the next room early in the morning.

Location is great, place is cute and a great deal for the price :)

Pros: The place is cozy and the location is just great. Its a short walk to Asakusa station, Asakusa area as well as Skytree area. Across the building there is a beautiful small park with a pond and a temple. We really enjoyed exploring the area taking walks around the park and the riverside on the way to Asakusa. Aside Asakusa Station there is a metro station with even shorter walk for a train to HND or NRT airports with great train connections to both airports. The place came with a washing machine and a space on the balcony to dry it, that was a huge plus for us! Wifi was great, and the kitchenette was just enough to heat some foor or make a coffee in the morning.

Cons: One small thing was that our apartment had a very large bed, almost as big as the living room area. I think a regular double bed would be enough, and would leave some space to open the suitcase more convenently. If you need very big bed, this might be a plus for you!

Nice Place

Pros: Easy self check in and check out, the owner really fast reply, and we love to talk with cute grandma at the bottom ice cream shop. Good locations, sumida park is very peaceful we love you mukojima

Cons: No iron and a bit hard to find 7e, others are very very good job nice we love you

Pros: Good size stay next to the park. Older style unit but had everything you needed. Good value for money.

Cons: Small lift to get into, however, at least there was a lift compared to using the stairs for 4 floors

Pros: Amazing location for such good value. We were only there for 2 nights but we loved it and it felt very cosy. It is on the smaller size but the location and value more than made up for it.

Wonderful

Pros: 1) The location is near to train station. Got 2 nearby station (walking distance), honjo azumabashi & asakusa sta. 2) located in front of sumida park & sumida river. Had plenty of beautiful sakura 🤩 3) host is helpful & kind. Make our stay easy & fun.

Cons: 1) washine machine not functioning well but the host come & repair as soon as possible.

Fantastic location and large room for the price.

Pros: Super location, balcony on a park, fresh air, close to three subway lines, restaurants. Easy to get anywhere in Tokyo.

Cons: It was a little hard to find the place the first time. A neighbor on the street helped me.
