Luana Shibuya

Pros: The location is quite convenient, located not far from Hatagaya station and surrounded by many restaurants and bakeries. The room itself is relatively spacious for Tokyo, and has a small kitchenette, there is also a washing machine provided in the bathroom. It is also off the main roads and is rather quiet at night.

Cons: Compared to the other places we stayed during our half month trip in Japan, this was the least clean hotel. The bed sheets were fine, but the floor seems to have been neglected. Their was a sticky brown substance on the hallway floor that while quite obvious and in the open, had not been cleaned.

Pros: Cute, clean, and cosy. This little apartment has a kitchen, washing machine, and other amenities, making it ideal for stays longer than one night. It’s about a 5–10 minute walk from Hatagaya Station. (There are two exits — Use the North Exit. Once you are at street level, go left without crossing.) Convenience stores, a bakery, and restaurants are nearby.

Cons: There is no elevator in the three-story building. If you have large luggage, it would be better to request a lower floor. There are two buildings (East and West wings — please check whether your unit is E or W when you check in).

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well maintained, which made a great first impression. The location is excellent, very close to the station, making everything easy and convenient. Everything was exactly as described and the stay was pleasant with no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

Tokyo accommodation

Pros: Location was walking distance to bus stop and metro station which is so convenient. Area was peaceful good for a good night's rest. There were ample food places and bars and a supermarket. Clean towels and PJs were provided and the full set of toiletries so we do not have to worry about not carrying this during travel.

Great apartment and stay, not near the main Shibuya crossing.

Pros: The apartment is great, it's new and has everything one need. Good space! There are cute cafes walking distance, staff was great answer everything I needed. It is self-check-in and it was easy!

Cons: It says Shibuya but to get to the main cross and Shibuya is 40 minutes by bus, or 20 minute walk to the nearest metro that can also take you there. And in the evenings I had to take a cab. There is no way to leave bags before and after, like any aparment rental, there's no reception.

Pros: Very easy check in process, clean rooms, in a quiet area close to Shinjuku.

Cons: Rooms could have been a bit bigger.

Good location

Pros: Great location, right next to local shops and restaurants, great facilities in room, washing machine, clothes drying in bathroom, little kitchen set up

Cons: Wasn't aware that no smoking areas was located outside the property, not a major issue but would of been nice to have a location outside the property due to no smoking laws on the street. Check in was a little complicated due to one of the tablets not working, one on the otherside worked fine. A headboard would of been nice for the bed, with no headboard you where directly under the window where light shined in, no big deal though

would certainly recommend it to others visiting Japan.

Pros: Really great apartment and fantastic facilities. Check in super easy. We had no issues so didn’t need to contact any staff.

Pros: Nice recently built building, fast Wi-Fi, easy check in, large bathroom, washing machine, not too far away from the nearest train station.

Cons: Cleaning between guests could be improved a bit. We found bits of food in-between the wooden parts of the dining table next to the bed.
