Cons: The bathroom size is fairly small. limited space to put items and no place to hang cloths inside.

Pros: My stay in this apartment was absolutely perfect. The level of comfort and cleanliness was impeccable, and I had everything I needed and more. The space was very comfortable, fully equipped, and nothing was missing at any moment. It’s quiet, safe, and within walking distance of central Shinjuku — ideal for solo travelers or couples. The host was extremely kind and attentive from the very beginning. All instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow, and every time I had a question, they responded immediately. I’m giving this place a 10 without hesitation. I fully recommend it and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good value for money with awesome staff!

Pros: The location was in a quiet area but close to main points. The staff is very helpful and available when needed. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: It was a bit dusty and the drains had a bad smell sometimes.

Amazing base to discover Tokyo

Pros: Great location with walking distance to Shinjuku station so you can discover a lot of Tokyo from. If you want to stay in Shinjuku, definitely look at staying here. Check-in was easy with great communication from the host with all the necessary amenities. Also very quiet so you can get a good sleep.

Cons: Nothing, it was all good.

Pros: The location was great close to transit, restaurants, konbini's, shops, etc. Exactly what we expected for the size and amenities of a Japanese apartment close to the city. There was an elevator which is great so you don't have the haul luggage up and down stairs. Drink vending machine(s) right in the lobby and outside of the building. Luup scooters near by for rent in three different places within feet from the building.

Cons: We weren't aware that there are two identical buildings one right across from the other with the same name except one is \

Pros: La propreté de l’appartement, l’emplacement proche de Shinjuku tout en étant dans une rue très calme, la disponibilité de l’hôte, la taille de l’appartement était très raisonnable et avait tous les équipements nécessaires.
