Pros: We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was comfortable and roomy for the 4 of us. The location was epic. Literally 5 minute walk to all the Shibuya action and the station (Yamanote line for the win!!).. Mini mart, Lawson and 7/11 all within walking distance. The beds and pillows were so comfortable (I hold this with high importance in every stay). The customer service over email was exceptional. They provided step by step instructions of how to get there which was spot on. And any query I had, they answered me promptly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Cons: Everything was fab. But if I'm really going to nitpick, it would be good if it had more storage space.

Best accommodation in all of Tokyo.

Pros: I can't speak highly enough of Streamer House Shibuya. In a fantastic location right near a main JR train line, and only minutes walk from the craziness of Shibuya Scramble crossing, Streamer was our little pocket of zen in the middle of the city. We had a leak during our stay and Emiko-san came over immediately and even offered to get somewhere else for us to stay, but she was able to fix the issue and we were happy we could stay - the location and comfort can't be beaten - quiet but with excellent amenities, restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance. There are plenty of beds so a comfortable night is assured - more space than most Japanese accommodation. We hope to come back one day!

Cons: Everything was great - nothing not to like!

Wonderful space!

Pros: Great property in an excellent location. Right next to the station for easy access to Tokyo and a hip spot for food, drinks and night life. Spaces itself is just a few minute walk from all that in a nice quiet space. Has 2 big beds and three small with chargers and wall outlets throughout. Space for cooking, eating and hanging out with a TV. Staff was super helpful throughout our stay!

Fantastic location and helpful host. Would recommend.

Pros: I loved the location and how easy it was to get around. The location had a lot of space for a place in Tokyo and was very comfortable. I would recommend this spot.

Cons: Heat and cooling was a bit strange as some rooms were hot and some were very cold, but once we understood how to navigate the systems, it was great.

Great access to the culture scene!

Pros: Location was fantastic! Close to everything- train station, shops and restaurants yet in a quiet neighborhood. Enough space for 5 people, and stocked with basics (dishes, utensils, washer w/detergent, plenty of towels).

Cons: Apartment was clean enough for our stay, but probably can use a deep cleaning to remove a few wall stains.
