Pros: Very spacious and modern apartment. Good location just outside the noise of Shibuya scramble crossing but close enough to walk there in a few minutes.

Pros: - Good location, walking distance to Shibuya crossing - Washing machine had a built in dryer, so convenient! - Clear instructions of how to check in, how to work the facilities - Had all cleaning products, and top up for detergent, rubbish bags, toilet paper etc...

Cons: Be nice if the place had a separate room

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Pros: Place was beautiful, roomy, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Even provided some beautiful face products. Was well located in a cute neighbourhood with cool food and coffee places nearby.

Cons: If I had to say one bad thing, even the large bath towels were tiny!

Fantastic Family apartment

Pros: The apartment was fantastic for our family of 4. Nice big place in a great neighbourhood and close to everything we needed. Shibyua station 5mins walk, ministop across the road, great coffee, restaurants, and bars all on the same street. We packed very light so the washing machine was great. We will stay here when we come back.

Cons: *there could be door between the two rooms *there was a new carpet which was shedding hair *some hangers for towel would be great

Pros: Location was great, conveniently located very close to Shibuya station with stores and restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean and we had all basic amenities available. Very comfortable, exactly what's needed to spend the night after long days.
