Excellent :D Great Stay!

Pros: The location and the cleanliness of the stay. Everything was perfect:) We had 4 people stay and our host was very clear about everything. A lot of good food and great location to get shopping in Akihabara. The neighbors were nice and the neighborhood was quiet :) Thank you again!

Nice stay for three generational family trip

Pros: Four private rooms, great for our group of 7. Bathrooms on each floor. AC in each bedroom. Washer easy to use. Staff very responsive and helpful, able to assist us with our questions and even a reservation to a restaurant before we arrived.

Cons: Tatemi mat smell upstairs was overpowering. No AC on first floor with shower. No AC in hallways. Farther from Akihabara station than I thought (perhaps due to the heat).

Pros: 友人達と宿泊しました。1棟まるごとの利用だったのでリビングでワイワイし、寝る時は人数で分かれて寝られたのである程度はプライバシーを確保できたので良かったです。自宅にいる感覚でいられ誰の負担なく友人達と良い時間を過ごせました。繁華街に近いのに少し通りに入っただけでとても静かでした。友人達もとても良かったと言ってもらえ次回は、季節の良い時期に泊まろうと話していました。

Cons: チェックインを少し早めにさせて頂きましたが、お部屋のなかに小さなゴミが所々に有り掃除道具が使用不可の状態だったので使用できれば良かったなと友人達と話していました。鏡が洗面所のみにしかなく各部屋にもう少しあれば良いこと。宿泊したのが冬だったので暖房設備が、エアコンだけでは少し寒く床暖房等があれば良かったなと思いました。
