Apartment with all amenities.
Pros: Amazing stay. Exceptionally clean. It had all the necessary amenities. In fact it was beyond our expectation. Highly recommended stay. Easy to check in and check out.
Cons: About 700m from metro station. Easily walkable tho.

The cost benefit is really worth it
Pros: The amenities are well supplied, bed is comfortable, easy check-in and the place is really quiet. The fridge, stove, microwave and washing machine helped us a lot.
Cons: A little dust on the lamps above the bed.

Pros: The apartment is in such a great location, very near metro stations, Akihabara district, markets and restaurants. It was the best thing about the stay. It’s very cute. The bed was comfortable and big enough. Bathroom was big enough, which was very important. Wi fi works well and the host provided adapters for charging out phones which was very nice. We had three suitcases and no problems with space. Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment and the price.
Cons: It had a tick layer of dust almost everywhere and there wasn’t enough kitchen utensils. Also, it smells from the bathroom but it wasn’t extremely bad.

Pros: La ubicación fue lo mejor, a pocas cuadras estaban varias líneas del metro.
Cons: En los demás alojamientos no me pidieron sacar la basura y en este sí, el sillón que hay es muy incómodo para sentarse y lo teníamos que estar arreglando a casa rato porque se descuadraba todo y se caían los peluches que dejaron ahí. Dice Hotel el edificio, pero era más como un departamento, ya que a diferencia del hotel donde nos hospedamos en Kioto, en este no había recepción ni elevador. Sin elevador subir las maletas a un segundo piso fue complicado, las escaleras son angostas.

Хороший вариант для проживания, отзывчивый хозяин, в случае чего исправляет косяки. Рекомендую!
Pros: Расположение на тихой улице, есть рядом магазины и недалеко уличный рынок, плюс метро. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания вплоть до стиралки и порошка; удобный матрас.
Cons: В целом чисто, но были пару нюансов, которые исправили, после того, как написал хозяину квартиры. А именно - кондиционер или грязный или плесень (помыли - на втором фото видно чистый кондиционер, хотя лопасть была вся черная; на первом фото остатки, что не домыли) и плафоны с лампочками в толстом слое пыли (про это я не сообщал, думал сами увидят, но нет)

Pros: 房东人特别好，在知道我们凌晨到达在机场没睡好后，破例让我们提前入住了😋 第二天晚上我们做饭不会用电磁炉，房东还迅速联系了工作人员来教我们，很体贴很耐心

Clean, lovely apartment solo traveler looked forward to relaxing in after long days exploring.
Pros: Clean. Comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, not a far walk from trains and establishments. All amenities I could want (washer, good AC, good wifi, fridge/freezer) and more, that I didn’t use (stove, etc.) Responsive and helpful host.
Cons: I liked everything. I went to the wrong building and the host immediately helped me and confirmed I got in.
