Pros: Its perfect for a trip to Tokyo. Nearby metro. Great bed. Shower. They even have a washmachine. We liked the price quality. When we are coming back to Tokyo, we will stay here again.

Cons: The towels are a bit small.

Pros: Good location, just outside of main Shinjuku area, close to many subway stations. Has lots of shopping and restaurants downstairs.

Cons: The space is small, just a mattress on the floor but it has all the basics you need, including kitchen if you wish to use it. The bath towels were hand towels but the host was receptive and dropped off larger towels the next day.

Great Location, Great Stay

Pros: The owner made the check-in process very simple and easy, and was also available for any questions or concerns I may have had. The location is fantastic, being only a couple of minutes' walk from two major train lines, and a short jaunt to the ubiquitous Shinjuku station. There's a lot of food in the area, and if you're into it, Kabukicho is just a short hike. But the whole area was safe and easy to navigate. The room itself was large and very clean. The main living area had a lot of space, and it contained many of the utilities that I needed, such as a laundry machine and a kitchenette. It also has a rather large bathroom space and a full shower and tub.

Pros: Die Lage ist top. Für Tokyo ist das ein richtig großes Appartement zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout mit ausführlichen Informationen der Vermieterin.

Cons: Die Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein, z.B. nur 1 Handtuch pro Person, kein Küchentuch, keine Gläser.
