Shinjuku Downtown BZT Free WiFi

Pros: The location is absolutely excellent, making it so easy to explore the city. We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two kids, aged 11 and 17) and were very surprised by the amount of space—it is rare to find such a spacious and clean room in Tokyo! It offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio for a family stay. Highly recommended!

Great base to explore Tokyo!

Pros: The property is in perfect location. There is a 7/11 right downstairs and a train station on the perfect train line to explore Tokyo. The accomodation was clean, the checkin was easy. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids aged 5 and 7) and found it small but comfortable, which is in line with Tokyo standards. We loved the washing machine and drying system in the bathroom. The little balcony was great too. We would stay again if we are ever back to Tokyo!

Pros: The room is spacious enough for 3 persons. It’s clean. The staff is really friendly and replying with dump question with patient.

Cons: There is no direct public transport from the Shinjuku bus terminal.

I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Very clean, awesome location. Nearest subway station within 150 metres. Cafes and convenience stores within walking distance everywhere. Awesome host, very responsive. The clothes washing machine was a bonus.

Cons: The bed was just a little short - my feet sometimes hung out the end. The common hallway outside the apartment smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke (we are not smokers so it wasn’t pleasant). The apartment was great for 2 people but would be a bit cramped if we had 3 or 4.

All in all an enjoyable stay in a well located reasonably priced apartment.

Pros: Excellent location, within walking distance of the Shinjuku main areas. The Metro station for the Fukutoshin line is less than 100m away, so really easy access to the rest of Tokyo. The beds are comfortable, although not full doubles, will fit two people. The washing machine is a real bonus and clothes will dry in the well ventilated bathroom. As with the rest of Japan the room is not large but there is a good sized wardrobe area from hanging clothes, which helps. The owner was very good communicator which enabled an easy self check in process.

Pros: excellent location. less than 5min to a subway station. 15min walk to main shinjuku area. Shower and toilet is of a decent size for japan standards. Water pressure is strong and hot water supply is good to. Beds and duvets are comfy and clean.
