Excellent stay, couldn’t have asked for better!

Pros: It is a modern building with the apartment quite big compared to Japan hotel rooms. The proximity to the bus stands and metro stations was an added advantage, and also the departmental stores in the proximity. Central Shinjuku is also walkable in 10-15 minutes. Overall, a great stay. Special mention about the promptness of the owner in reverting to any kind of queries, much appreciated.

Pros: Great value for money option in the heart of the city. Subway station is just beside.

Loved the location. Room was big enough for a small family and was clean and comfortable.

Pros: the host was very responsive to queries. the room was bigger than some Tokyo hotel rooms I have stayed at and had a mini kitchen and washing machine which are really convenient. It was just a few minutes walk from three subway exits which made travelling around very easy.

It's good and easy to go around

Pros: The location is smack dab in the middle of Shinjuku. Close to train stations and we can just walk to Kabukicho or Ikebukuro too. The property is clean and enough space for 4 people. Bonus, I like that clothesline is provided in the balcony to dry our clothing and the owner is quick in responding to our inquiries.

Cons: It's a quadruple room but the cutleries are provided only for 2 people and we can only use 1 pan to cook. It's rather hard to cook noodle soup for 4 people using a pan instead of a pot. We had to buy extra bowls and paper plates to serve 4 people.

Pros: Building with lifts, clean and spacious. Great location, Close to train station exit A1 & B2 with escalators.

Cons: No bathroom slippers provided

Central location

Pros: Good location near train station. We can leave luggage before check in time. Washing machine is great to was clothes and there is balcony to hang the laundry to dry.

Cons: Bathroom exhaust fan was not working.

Very happy

Pros: When we arrived we couldn't find the correct lockbox and that was because the cleaner was inside with the keys. Although we had requested an earlier checkin, that wasn't responded to, when we did arrive after a long day of travelling, it was quite a hassle to get in. Other than that the apartment is exactly as described. It fit 2A & 2C (11 & 9) very well and was extremely central to everything and more. More than ample food & shopping destinations & enough trainlines to commute around ... There is also a fabulous tiny (TINY TINY) washing line that dried all of our clothing ... We were most impressed! Pegs would've been a bonus but other than that, it was more than suffice!

Cons: We weren't there for more days!

Pros: Location and cleanliness of the room was good. It was easy to go around as it was near a train station. The owner was also attentive to inquiries. As a summary all is good with this apartment.

Enjoyable stay.

Pros: It’s a clean, well-maintained apartment; not large but spacious enough for Tokyo - and we were 3 adults. Close to metro station and within walking distance from central Shinjuku.

Cons: Follow instructions from owner for easy access to the front door of the apartment block.

Pros: Clean and well managed . Excellent location and connectivity by metro .
