Highly recommended!

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great Japanese hair dryer to try out. Very convenient location close to Tozai and Hibiya lines, and only one stop from Tokyo station. Neighbourhood is also quaint and not busy or crowded like other areas. They stored my luggage for a week while I explored the Japanese Alps, because I had a second booking upon my return.

Great place to stay in Tokyo - staff were excellent

Pros: This was a great place to stay & the convenience was excellent - walking distance to Tokyo train station as well as local subway. Great food places near by. Staff & amenities were excellent

Cons: The breakfast was not the best I have had. Coffee was good though.

Super convenient location, very helpful staff and clean rooms

Pros: Staff is very helpful, which makes your stay really smooth at the hotel. Room is a good size considering the small size rooms in general in the country. The room was very clean and every day they were changing the towels and taking out garbage. They provide luggage transfer which makes your life easier if you want to travel to another place without carrying big suitcases. Laundry with tumble dryer if you want to wash your clothes; it takes ~2 hours to wash and ~40 mins to dry, so best time is to wash them during night when you are relaxing at your room. Location is super convenient with many stores/restaurants around and very close to two metro stations (~6 mins and ~10 mins approximately on foot. Tokyo station is ~12 mins on foot.

Great stay.

Pros: Excellent location. Staff is very helpful and professional. The amenities were well stocked. The room size was same as an average room size in Tokyo. It wasn't too small. Bathroom was spacious and clean.
