Clean and Comfortable stay in a Convenient and Charming Neighborhood

Pros: Wow! This place truly exceeded our expectations. It was meticulously clean - we felt comfortable having our baby and toddler rolling around on the ground. It was very spacious (for Tokyo standards), bright (south and east side windows), and had high end appliances (washer/dryer combo clothes washer was magical!). We also appreciated the nearby parks and playgrounds giving it a very local vibe yet a short 8 minute walk gets us to the bustling Kinshicho train station allowing us convenient access to all Tokyo's sites. What a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. We stayed for 9 nights and would come back in a heart beat!

Cons: There was nothing that bugged us enough to lower the rating, but a few things I ought to mention: - Not having check in instructions until the check in time the day of made me a bit nervous given the number of rental scams these days, but the host assured me they'll provide the instructions at said time and they delivered. Instructions were clear and the key was obtained without issue. - Despite being fully stocked with most things, there was no hand soap by the bathroom sink. Not a problem as we simply used the provided body wash from the bathroom. (Shampoo and conditioner were also provided) - The bathroom door has a lower clearance so those 6 feet and over would have to be careful not to bump their heads. - There is no bicycle storage in the building. We rented bicycles and locked them up at the side of the building where many other bikes were locked up but sadly our bicycles got impounded where the others did not. It was likely that another tenant of the building complained to the city.

Pros: 空間佈置舒適，整體ＣＰ值很高，設備應有盡有。地點也非常好，離車站百貨超商都很近，車站是個大站，去哪都便利。

Cons: 洗衣機排水孔因長期累積髒污沒有清理，導致排水完全堵塞，整台洗衣機大積水、無法正常運作，朋友半夜還幫忙清理排水口和積水。建議之後可以定期清潔洗衣機排水孔，避免再次堵塞。另外，洗衣機容量也偏小，如果一次放比較多衣服，很容易造成機器卡住或停止運轉。入口處有四格樓梯，抬行李需要注意。有電梯很便利，但關門速度非常之快，容易不小心就被夾住。

Spacious apartment with great location

Pros: Location is super convenient, less than 10m walk to JR station. The room is also very spacious especially compared to the other hotel we stayed at in Shinjuku. There are many amenities like good quality hair dryer, forks, scissors, etc. The AC is also very well functioning and room is very new and clean looking.

Cons: There are some karaoke/bars nearby that sometimes produce a bit of noise, though very minimal impact on our stay.
