Pros: The location is good when you would like to get a friendly price for accommodation and be closer some highlight spots like Imperial Palace or SkyTower. The train station is very close too which is convenient.

Cons: The some club is located nearby and the nights were quite noisy.

Pros: Perfect 10!!! Location, host was attentive, near to train station, restaurants, mall.

Cons: Maybe u could put more railings especially in bathroom to hang towels and living room too. Easy to hang clothes after washing.

Pros: 有小廚房、微波爐、洗衣機等設備，碗筷、洗碗精、洗衣精等生活用品也有，非常貼心，還有吸塵器可簡單清潔，空間方面若是兩人來住也蠻寬敞的，冷氣很涼快，浴室雖然無法泡澡，但水溫、出水量都令人滿意，椅子驚為天人的好坐

Cons: 連續住宿多日的話，需自行打理堆積的垃圾，提供的牙刷刷毛很硬，但還好鄰近的藥妝店隨便買一隻都很好用

Pros: Todo limpio, habitación espaciosa y acogedora. La habitación tiene refrigerador, microondas y lavadora, ducha y baño limpios, agua caliente con muy buena regulación . Proceso de check-in muy simple

Cons: El aire acondicionado es un poco antiguo y demora bastante en calentar, probablemente necesite mantenimiento. El filtro de aire en la cocina está un poco antiguo y sucio, necesita ser cambiado.

Pros: 很棒！就在车站旁边，附近还有迪士尼直达班车，去涩谷也只需要半小时，出行很方便！有评价提到晚上附近居酒屋很吵但是我认为在可接受范围内，房间很漂亮！空间超级大！比主页展示的还要明亮！老板也很和善，是我订过最棒的房间！

Pros: 地點離錦系町駅很近，走路大概三分鐘就到了，房間有微波爐跟冰箱還有電磁爐，附近還有西友超市可以買菜，省了很多餐費，房間也算大

Cons: 房間的桌子要吃東西有點不太好坐，床有點晃

Pros: 洗烘衣機很方便，乾濕分離，樓下有24H超市、便利商店，離錦糸町站近，去迪士尼只要步行5分鐘搭公車就能直達，房間乾淨睡得很安穩，沒有想像中的吵，平價又舒適，下次來會在選擇它！

Pros: 시설은 생각보다 괜찮았습니다. 그 가격대에 그정도 퀄리티면 나쁘지 않은편이죠. 세탁은 걱정 안하셔도 됩니다. 건조기능있는 드럼 세탁기입니다. 시설들은 모난거 없이 잘 작동했습니다.

Cons: 쓰레기는 적당히 분류하고 잘 모아서, 퇴실 할 때 방에 잘 두고 가시면 될 듯 합니다. (쓰레기 처리하는게 좀 까탈스럽습니다.) 이 건물 바로 밑에층이 노래방이라, 소음이 있을 수 있다는건 알아두시기 바랍니다. 그리고 화장실, 불투명 유리로 되어있긴 합니다만... 실루엣이 다 보입니다. 잘못하면 홀딱쇼 되버리니, 예민하신분들은 유의하세요.

Pros: So clean and nice, the beds were comfy, the location was perfect for the train but also some nice quiet, the towels and bathroom were so nice to have after a long travel day.

Cons: The showers did not have warm water which was tough with colder temperatures
