Decent Location with Very Good facilities nearby

Pros: Location was ok, about 10-15 minutes walk from the 2 Nearest Train stations. There are 2 convenience stores nearby, and also a supermarket. There's also a late night Diner below the accommodation, which I would recommend for Supper. (Ps, the owners speak Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese)

Cons: Dryer function of the washer-dryer machine didn't really work that well, so we had to dry the clothes by hanging Train station may be abit of a walk for some

Pros: Clean and convenient, with ample space for a big family!

Pros: 交通比较方便（在高田马场站和落合站中间，有公交可以直达高田马场），对面有两家超市，走几步路有药妆店，附近餐厅也很多（楼下的江南很好吃！），室内空间比较大，设备很完善

Cons: 给的衣架对于多人住宿大量洗衣晾衣来说太少了！新宿消防署在南边三百米，所以警笛声会很吵。提供的分类垃圾桶太小了（单指可燃垃圾和塑料瓶）

Pros: Struttura molto grande, noi eravamo 4 ma poteva ospitare più persone. Posizione vicina alla metro, casa carina e spaziosa, staff disponibile e pronto a risolvere i problemi

Cons: Il problema maggiore è stato dormire perché durante tutto il soggiorno di 6 notti sono passate ambulanze o polizia con sirene accese ed addirittura megafoni dalle 3.00 alle 4.00 del mattino. Questa è stata l’unica nota stonata ma è stato davvero un problema perché abbiamo sempre avuto un sonno frammentato

단체 여행 하기에 좋은 일본 전통 분위기의 숙소

Pros: 지하철 역 2곳 사이에 위치해 있어 이동하기 편리했습니다! 숙소가 현지인 분들이 사시는 쪽에 있어서 일본의 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다.^^ 근처에는 편의점,지역 마트, 다양한 음식점 등이 있어 정말 편리했습니다. 숙소의 방은 이 가격대에 이런 일본 전통 분위기가 나올 수 있나 싶을 정도로 좋았어요! 방 개수는 8명이 써도 남아 돌더라구요. 사진과 다르게 TV는 최신 것으로 교체되어 있어서 유튜브 등의 다양한 애플리케이션 이용이 가능했어요! 화장실을 1층 2층 각각 1개씩 있어서 도움이 많이 되었답니다. ㅎㅎ 창밖의 경치도 뻥 뚫려있어서 시원했어요, 스카이트리도 보인답니다^^. 여행 마지막 날에 이 숙소에서 보는 노을 질 때의 풍경은 정말 환상적이었습니다!! 저와 같이 단체 여행 하실 분들에게 정말 추천합니다.

Cons: 거실 히터(방 제외), 발코니 창문이 청소가 되어있지 않았어요. 욕조를 쓰지 못했어요.

Pros: 附近有好多便利店 超市 有超市開24小時 有2個廁所多人都方便 我想家庭有小孩比較好入住 住所有2層 沒有鄰居 在上層走動比較方便

Cons: 到車站有點遠和沒有停車位
