Pros: Clean, Good for family of 3, The washing machine is a big help, quiet location.

Cons: We’re not large people, yet the bathroom is extremely small for us. For me, it’s a bit far from the train station. 15-20 mins.

Pros: Nice and central in Ikebukuro. Close to Ikebukuro and Sunshine City.

Pros: Roim Space is big. Clean location not too far from JR station.

Cons: Not able to store luggage before check-in

Great base to explore Tokyo from

Pros: Excellent location, clean and able to store your luggage early is a great bonus. Plenty of hanging space for clothes. Good restaurant options nearby and easy transport

Pros: Quite near the metro station. Within walking distance to shopping and food places. Place is clean and facilities are comprehensive.

Great place to stay near ikebukuro

Pros: Relatively near to ikebukuro station. There is also a nearby metro station.

Cons: The corridor outside the lifts was a bit small.

Pros: The apartment was clean and in a good location. There was a lovely park nearby and it was walking distance to the train and sunshine city mall. The host was responsive. 7/11 across the road.

Cons: If you are tall like my husband you may have difficulty with the low beams on parts of the ceiling, he kept bumping his head on these. Also we found it difficult to sleep due to light coming from nearby buildings and noise at night although this sounded like some sort of construction which is not likely to be long term and generally it was a quiet area.

Great location and spacious accommodation

Pros: The place itself was secured, really comfy, spacious and inviting for 4 pax. Beds were comfy too. Bathroom was small though but we made do. The host made it really easy to follow the instructions for self check in with their picture information documents and answered any queries promptly. Close to Ikebukuro station (8min walk), many food restaurants/cafes to choose from, plenty of shopping stores and a 7-Eleven right across the road from accommodation! Highly recommended!

Cons: Bathroom was very small

Overall, it was a great stay. Easy check in/out. Good location

Pros: Good location, not far away from sunshine city, shopping mall and train station. Washing machine + dryer is the bonus

Cons: Toilet/bathroom is too small

Pros: Lovely host, very clean and well equipped. Location is close to train station, convenient stores and restaurants.

Cons: Space was a bit tight for 5 people but managable.
