Pros: Nice location, quiet. Room was clean and easy check in process. Short bus trip from Shinjuku station.

Cons: Stairs made it a bit difficult with suitcases.

Pros: Staffs are very helpful. Since I and my Japanese friend are going to climb Mt. Fuji, staff can let us to store my lugguage n te daay I check-in. Very close to convenience store too.

Walkable to Shinjuku

Pros: I walked from Shinjuku after a movie. Very near. Spacious.

Cons: Be careful using Google maps to get here. If I had chosen the first suggested way, I won't find it. I chose a longer,by the road way, and stumbled across it, even though the Google Maps asked me to go further.

great value of money and quiet area

Pros: location is great. It is just few steps to Tochomae station, which we can access to Metropolian building for a short visit. The hotel is near a beautiful park with waterfall and beautiful vibe. The staff is responsively in messages if we need help, and offers alternative solutions.

Cons: we were struggled at the check-in time as there was no one in the front desk to support the process. And the weather was super hot (July). The internet was so slow and then freezed.

Top location

Pros: The location was top very close to subway and bus! We were in the first floor which we were lucky as we were with heavy luggage and they seem not to have lift.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit cramp. However, it was funtional. Also the room has a very small mirror would have been great to have a proper mirror.

Comfortable and Convinient :)

Pros: The location was convenient. In walking distance to several stations. Also close to several convenience stores. Property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. WiFi was good. Clean towels if you wished. Bathroom was tight but manageable!

Cons: Would’ve been great to be provided with a fresh rubbish bin bag daily :)
