Pros: Fab hotel in an ideal spot. Just a 5/10 minute walk to the station.
Cons: The restaurant was Italian! When in Japan, that's not what you want.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and well designed spaces, will stay here again. Recommended.
Pros: Very clean, modern, spacious lobby, free water bottles every day, free tea bags. Location is away from the crowded hustle and bustle in the center of Tokyo, which was good for my family. Coin laundry.
Cons: Pretty pricey, you only get one room key so you can't lose it! Far away from Tokyo which can be a downside for some people (fine for us). Standard rooms are just big enough, but still pretty small.

Cozy, fun and clean
Pros: Nice hotel, clean, cozy and fun. Public bath as an extra was nice :)
Cons: A bit too expensive. More than half an hour by bus to reach the city center.

Pros: There myself and my spouse only. We got the r 3 beds so we put our luggage on one bed. Otherwise it would have been too small. It was clean. Location! The fish market was really wonderful to go to. You get the wharf vibe without the big crowd of Tokyo. We had the best sushi in Toyosu. Also took a cab to the fabric town- the best place to find fabric that you can see and touch for yourself.
Cons: Rooms very small. Just keep your stuff organized.

Great for kids & people who value a great nights sleep & cleanliness.
Pros: The room sizes for Tokyo were great, the view, proximity to shops, restaurants, Teamlab Planets & Legoland Discovery Centre. It was quiet, safe & the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and the place was spotless.
Cons: There is a shuttle from the train station but unfortunately it didn’t match up with any of our travels and we felt it was too cold in the winter air to be hanging around waiting for it so we had to walk more when we were already very tired.

Excellent location, comfy bed!
Pros: Very comfortable hotel, amenities and facilities were excellent. Great location, within walking distance to two train stations. Very large and comfortable bed.
Cons: There was limited storage in the hotel room, due to the size of the bed (it was massive!).

Close to Aeon shopping mall and the airport.
Pros: The staff can speak English. It is close to the 24-hour Aeon shopping mall, allowing you to shop for groceries even at night.
Cons: The room is smaller than it appears in photos, and there is limited space for hanging clothes.

Close to trains and buses, very clean and friendly staff
Pros: I was only at this accommodation for one night before I flew back home, but it was a good location for visiting Teamlab Planets and there was a good shopping centre across the road for grabbing food and snacks. Also very close to train lines and buses. The beds were very comfortable and the small fridge was handy as well.
Cons: A later check out would have been nice, even just 11am.

Pros: Location - Hotel is 25min bus ride to Tokyo Station and Gundum Base - Hotel is 20min car ride to Haneda Airport - There is 7eleven and Aeon Mall nearby. Cleanliness Friendly staff
Cons: The room was small, fits 3 single beds. No space to open my luggage on the floor. Only one stool in the room. Pillows were small and too soft. Had to request for more. Not enough vending machines in the hotel. No swimming pool for children. Only one outdoor onsen in the hotel.
