Comfy, friendly hotel in a calm Tokyo area
Pros: We enjoyed the japanese bath (onsen), the quiet (for Tokyo) location close to the Meguro river, the free hygiene products (tooth and hair-brushes for example), the cleanliness, and how friendly and forthcoming the staff was.
Cons: Although there was breakfast available in the reception, the selection wasn't very wide most days, and there wasn't much room next to the reception to eat it. We made do, though. Being new to Japan, we had not understood how an onsen is supposed to be enjoyed, so \

Convenient stay in great location
Pros: Great location. Clean and modern. All amenities you need on site. Helpful staff.
Cons: As noted by others, I didn't like not being able to use the baths, although my male partner could twice a day. My choice to still visit whilst knowing this though.

Comfortable rooms in nice area
Pros: Location was exactly what I was looking for as I wanted to be close to the Naka-Meguro river area. Just as a note, it is more convenient if you are using buses, as the train stations are not in the immediate area of the hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, although no room has a view and are facing walls, so little natural light. The hotel is close to many cafes, restaurants and convenience stores.
Cons: The hotel advertises that is has an onsen for guests and are not clear about that it is exclusively for male guests, with the exception of 2 afternoons per week where female guests are allowed to use it. And it is also not tattoo friendly.

Helplful staff, good facilities, clean and comfortable rooms.
Pros: Staff were very nice and helpful, the amenities and facilities of the hotel were sufficient. My room was larger than expected too so that was plus.
Cons: Apart from the pillow being thin and not fluffy, this affected my sleep. Otherwise everthing else was well.

It's a great location if you're a Starbucks fan
Pros: Location was very convenient for the purpose of my stay. Went to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery right across the street for breakfast every morning with no line. I enjoyed the offering of free ice cream, cup noodles and a generous supply of water.
Cons: The pillow was uncomfortable and a bit low for my liking. The exhaust was weak.

Excellent location for Starbucks Roastery, Meguro River, and to explore the chill Nakameguro area
Pros: Location is fantastic if you're keen to visit the Starbucks Roastery across the road (which is a gorgeous building) and in general enjoy the awesome vibe of the Nakameguro neighbourhood (Mega Donki across the road! Meguro River right next door!) Room was spacious for 4 of us and even had a washer/dryer! Amazing!
Cons: Unfortunately, the room smelt like someone had been smoking in there previously. Possibly not super recent as the smell was not super strong (feels like the hotel had tried to freshen it up) but it was definitely there
