Very nice and central apartment, it gave us the comfort space and location we desired

Pros: This was perfect for our family of 5 plus an infant, it had so much room for all of us and was clean, tidy and felt nice and comfortable

Cons: The entrance had several stairs and no concierge. When you get into the appointment though, this doesn’t matter

Nice apartment, roomy

Pros: Great apartment once inside the room, accessed by elevator. Roomy by Japanese standards. Includes 3 double beds with nice bedding, and a sofa bed. Each room has a heatpump/air con. Great shower, and bidet toilet. Washing machine included, no dryer, but there is a drying rail, and plenty of hangers, on the small balcony. Nice size for family. Bus stop just outside, and several train stations within a 5-20 minute walk. Konbinis within 5 minute walk.

Cons: Shinjuku area generally more suited to adults than family, but family friendly restaurants and areas are accessible by public transport
