Pros: Room was spacious and close to night life area and many restaurants and attractions. They have laundry machines downstairs that can be used which is very convenient.

Cons: About a 16 minute walk to Shinjuku Station which is further than i expected.

Pros: The best part is located very near to Shinjuku city and all the train connections. Easy checkin and comfortable stay overall.

Cons: The space is quite compact and may feel sometime less spacious.

Pros: Anreise war einfach, Kommunikation mit dem vermieter ebenso. Lage ist perfekt so, dass man auch zu Fuß genug zu sehen hat. Zimmer war sauber und hatte sogar extra sachen die man alles brauchen könnte. Für den preis also eigentlich top, hab ein abschiedsgeschenk auch dagelassen.

Cons: Das einzige was negativ war, ist dass das Wlan mal für ne weile ausgefallen ist, aber nach ein bisschen emailen wurde das auch wieder behoben.

Pros: It was in a good central location for us to get around. Located between the busy Shinjuku streets and quieter street but surrounded by many shops and restaurants, things to do and a shrine right around the corner. Also really appreciated the laundry facilities available.

Cons: The unit is much older so no fancy amenities available, just simple like an older apartment but no complaints.
