Cons: Be aware it gets very cold very quick, but great news: heaters in every room! Even the toilet seat is heated!

Pros: Good location. Couple of minutes walk to Shinjuku.

Great base to explore Tokyo from for a family

Pros: Good space for a family to explore Tokyo from. Beds were comfortable and there’s plenty of room. Good location.

Cons: Would like to see more items in the kitchen like more glasses, plates and utensils.

Pros: Close to eateries, convenience stores, supermarket and 24hr pharmacy. House was clean and tidy. We had towels but no face towels. Owner answered our questions promptly.

Pros: Nice place that is well equipped with everything you need. Short walk to multiple training stations and plenty of options for restaurants.

Great if you are staying for a few days in Tokyo & want an apartment stay. Amazing

适合烹饪的民宿

Pros: 离民宿最近的火车站是JR大久保站，黄色JB09(中央总武线)，北口进出，到新宿仅一站，新宿可以换成N多交通线路，打车到新宿也在2000日币以内(看停车点)，大久保站JB线也可以直达JR秋叶原站(无需换乘)，民宿步行到JR大久保站不到十分钟，还算能在步行接受范围内，民宿附近有一个大超市(10点到23点营业)，里面啥都有，附近也有24小时营业的药妆店，更不缺少24小时的罗森全家等小超市及各类餐厅饭店，包括中餐，感觉上离JR大久保站略远一点，尤其是新宿购物完提着大包小包从大久保站走回民宿还是挺累的，其他真的还是很方便。:) 民宿一楼有卫生间、浴室、洗衣机和一个卧室，二楼是客厅和厨房，三楼是两个卧室和洗手间(三楼没有洗澡)，厨房挺大的，冰箱特别大，电视机还能收到中央台。 住民宿最大的优点是自己烹饪，日本和牛吃到爽，这个民宿提供的炒锅和汤锅算是我在日本见到比较大的了。 民宿是自助式服务，根据邮件指示check in和check out，住客自己带好洗漱用品(牙刷牙膏毛巾)，民宿有拖鞋，但不是一次性拖鞋。住宿期间，需要自己整理和打扫卫生，要注意垃圾分类。 民宿的地址(3-10-2北新宿)在高德地图和百度地图是没有的，这个民宿也不是沿街的，如果打车或者叫Uber,我一般就给司机看沿街(3-10-1)的东京密室，走进去不到50米。

Cons: 总体比较满意，只能说给房东一些建议，尤其是针对中国旅客 1、额外能有一次性拖鞋更好，当然理解穿一次性拖鞋可能担心上下楼脚滑(一户建的楼梯都很窄) 2、能提供一次性牙膏牙刷更好，当然没有都可以去超市买 3、洗衣机的使用可以提供一个简易指南(英语和中文) 4、插座位置都比较低，充电弯腰不太方便，三楼有个卧室床边上是没有插座的，建议提供几个拖线板。 5、二楼客厅的沙发套可以换新一下，有点脏。 6、椅子只有6把，其实说明这个民宿最多适合6个人住，我觉得4-5人，喜欢自己烹饪的，选这个民宿是不错的。 7、价格如果能再低10%左右，可能性价比会更高。

Roomy place in quiet neighborhood- great for families!

Pros: Very communicative host, very comfortable three story apartment for our family of five, nicely laid out common area, good size appliances in a good location for us. It is a cute, quiet neighborhood about one km from train station.

Pros: 1.交通： 去新宿比想像中還方便，我們從新宿去河口湖、江之島都是0700左右的車，時間上完全沒問題！ 2.室內設施： 一樓與三樓都有廁所，6個人也很夠用 洗衣機其實就算洗脫烘下去聲音也沒有很大，我們6個男生的衣服每天洗也ok！！ 二樓的公共空間非常適合聊天~~還有大大的電視可以接switch ^ ^ 微波、爐烤箱、電熱水壺都有，基本上沒有不能搞的料理了 xD 餐具與清潔用品也一應俱全！可以在回家路上買半價和牛，稍微弄弄丟進泡麵大大升級宵夜level 晚上睡覺的時候只要開窗戶就很涼了，室內通風做得很好，直接開窗比吹冷氣還舒服~我們幾乎沒有用冷氣，床跟棉被也都是很舒服的材質，摸到床就會睡著 Wifi很快，也有數量很足的室內拖鞋，目前實在挑不出問題，非常推薦大家來住！！

Great place to stay if you’re looking to take trains around the city. There’s a lot of food around

Pros: The location was great and less than a 10 minute walk to Okubo Station. There’s a lot to do and see in the area

Cons: There were ants in the kitchen at times.
