Lovely little find for our time in Shinjuku

Pros: 5 minute walk from Waseda station which is about 10 minutes on subway to shinjuku and Harajuku. Property is huge for how close to city centre it is. Has cooking facilities, and many beds. There is 3 konbinis within 5 minutes from hotel. Place is self contained easy to find and maintain.

Cons: Property was very cold and microwave didn’t seem to work but everything else was good.

大満足

Pros: 中心地で交通の便も良く、 部屋はとても広くて清潔で快適でした。 TVが無い？と思ったらプロジェクターがあり 子供達のテンションも爆上がり 東京ドームへ行ってたんですがアクセスが最高なので リピート確実です。

Cons: 場所がちょっと分かりづらかったです。 黄色とピンクのお弁当屋さんの間の道を50mくらい歩いた右にあります。

Pros: 清潔、大きくて快適なベッド、洗濯機、クーラー、立地、周りに安価で美味しい食事、コンビニが近い事、オーナーさんの対応が親切でした！

Cons: キッチン、お風呂、トイレ、洗面所が住居の真ん中に集結しているので、お風呂に入る人が着替えでプライベート空間が必要な時は、他の人はキッチンから出て、それぞれのベッドルームにいる必要があります。また、ダイニングテーブルと椅子は簡易でだせますが、スペース的に厳しいです。ですが、これらは宿泊者が適宜対応すればいいだけの話で、ベッドルームの数や清潔度を考えると全く苦になりませんでした。 地下鉄で一番近い路線が地下鉄の東西線のため、乗り換えが地味に不便だったりしますが、地下鉄1日券でお得に使えば問題なかったです。

Pros: Appartement suffisamment grand pour 5 personnes. Proximité de la station de métro Waseda. De nombreux konbinis à proximité.

Cons: Pas assez de place pour une table pour prendre les repas

Appartamento in ottima posizione

Pros: Struttura in ottima posizione vicino alla fermata waseda, in quartierino tranquillo a due passi dall’università. Appartamento piccolo per 6 persone ma comunque ben curato. Servizi igienici e doccia separati e attrezzati. Presenza di asciugamani e phon. Angolo cottura con macchinetta del caffè e frigo.

Cons: Poco spazio per 6 persone ma nel complesso una buona sistemazione

自宅のように過ごせました。

Pros: 早稲田大学の卒業式で袴の着付けが早朝になるため利用しました。大学のすぐ近くにあるため、家族は部屋で休憩できてよかったです。今回はキッチンは利用しませんでしたが、広くて使いやすそうでした。とても思い出深い良い卒業式になりました。

it’s good

Pros: What I like about this property is that it is close to the train station, quiet area, you can sleep well at night, there is a supermarket and drug store nearby, family mart, there are two separate bedrooms and one is bigger than the hotel rooms. Most of all, the owner of this property is kind. If we go to Tokyo again, we will come back to this property because it is close to everything and the room is big. Where family of five stay in this place

Cons: As a foreigner its difficult to find the entrance of the unit you need to go through the door on the left side to the stair on the second floor.

のんびり東京旅行とゆっくりマイホームな気持ち

Pros: 息子と2人でお世話になりました。部屋がとっても広くて、ダブルベッドが３つあって広々で気持ちよく寝れました。お風呂も広くて清潔でしたし、気持ちよく過ごさせてもらいました。ありがとうございました。

Cons: いまいちと言えば、テレビじゃなくてスクリーンみたいなもので、機能がよくわからなくて使えなかったことかなぁ。

Parfait

Pros: Les équipements. L'emplacement. Il y a tout ce dont tu as besoin.

Cons: La salle de bain est dans la cuisine. Pas de salon si vous êtes 5personnes. Petit escalier pas facile avec les valises.

Pros: 駅からとても近くアクセスがとても便利でした。部屋はとても広々としていて、清潔感があり、キッチンもあったのでとても快適に過ごすことができました！
