Pros: This property was exceptional. We had a lovely stay, the location was great - only a 5-10min walk to station. Super clean and easy to check in/out of.

Ideal for me. Good price, good location, spaceous and clean.

Pros: I personally thought the property was ideal for my trip. It was clean, spacious (could house 4 people if needed), great location (walking distance to Shinjuku) and close to Shin-Okubo which lays on the Yamanote Line. Would definitely go back.

Cons: My only negative, and this is no fault of the property or it's owner, is that some of the properties close by had somewhat noisy neighbours. Whether these were tourists or permanent residents I don't know.

Pros: Very spacious for three people. Had the opportunity of 4 beds. Great aircon, but was warmer on the loft. Loft was fun and added a lot of extra room. Good location.

Cons: Noisy people around at times. Loud flush of toilet. Tiny bathroom space. Broken shower head. Microwave didn’t work. Not really any chairs. No view from window. Sunroof will wake you up at sunrise!

Ticked all the boxes. Beds were comfy, decent lotion, wifi worked

Pros: We booked this place last. minute as our previous accommodation had cancelled and for the price it was great. I read a few reviews that were off putting but the beds were comfy, place was clean and ticked all the boxes.

Cons: No place to hang the laundry. Good do with a serious deep clean

Pros: Beds were comfy, the room had everything you needed like fridge, microwave, washing machine etc. and the beds being upstairs like that was cool too

Cons: Not much to dislike about this place. It was practically perfect

Pros: relatively spacious compared to other airbnbs around tokyo. really recommend if you’re travelling in a group of 3. might be a bit too packed if 4 people. bathroom might be too small if youre above 165cm 😅 other than that, facilities provided are useful and functioning well

Cons: toilet is very small and quite smelly

Pros: Nice place for a short stay, small but convenient in an incredible location. Communication with the hosts was also really smooth

Cons: Was a bit hard to find but they give very detailed instrucions to help you find it!

Pros: location was close to a station & yet tucked away in a quieter area outside the hustle & bustle which was great, easy self check in & fairly spacious room for 3 people. Great value for money

Pros: Great value for money - 3 friends and we all slept comfortably, especially if you're mostly out during the day

Cons: Bolt in door is a little damaged - still secure but you need to fiddle with it to close the door, really not difficult to figure out
