Clean, spacious apartment in a quiet residential area

Pros: The apartment is new, perfectly clean, and very spacious. It was very comfortable, and the location is excellent, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff was very helpful — they even took out the trash when we asked during our stay. We had no problems at all; everything was very comfortable and pleasant. There are also convenient stores (konbini) right on the corner of the apartment, which makes everything very easy.

Cons: Shin-Okubo Station can feel a bit dirtier and more crowded than some of the more classic stations in Tokyo. For that reason, we recommend walking through the residential streets behind the apartment to reach the station instead of going directly through the main street, which can be very busy. Unless you enjoy the lively, youthful K-pop atmosphere of the area. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Pros: Casa molto luminosa, pulita e ben organizzata! Purtroppo abbiamo alloggiato solo per una notte, ma la casa è veramente bella e con tutto quello che serve. Letti molto comodi e lenzuola pulite. Il loft si trova vicino a korea town e a circa 10 minuti dalla stazione JR. Veramente consigliata per chi vuole alloggiare in una zona tranquilla e molto vicina ai mezzi pubblici.
