Pros: Great location, very close to train station for early morning departure from shinjuku. Lots of restaurants close by. Large sized beds and comfortable pillows and coverings. The space is larger than what we expected. Heater worked well. It was very good value for money for our family of 4. Useful information provided before we arrived.

Great location for company of 4

Pros: The house is comfortable and all amenities in complete set. Easy to check-in and walking distance to Shinjuku area.

Cons: We purchased Tokyo Subway pass but nearest train station is JR line.

Great location for a family sightseeing

Pros: Location was great. A flat easy walk to Okubo station. Lots of food and amenities only a short distance away. Beds and pillow were super comfy. Enough space for our family of 5

Pros: Location was excellent and very clean communication about how to get there from the station.

Cons: It was quite small for 4 people but exactly what we needed for one night.

Great place to explore Shinjuku and surrounds.

Pros: The location was great. There was everything we needed including a pocket wifi.

Cons: The neighbours were outside talking most of the night but we were there on a weekend.

Cons: The company should provide a contact no at least during day time to contact for any issues. They only respond on messages.

A good place to stay and explore Shinjuku

Pros: It was quiet and in a good location. The manual provided was very helpful with finding the apartment.

Cons: Had very steep stairs so difficult to get luggage up if you are older.

Pros: Perfect location, close to the train stations and the centre of Tokyo. As described, very comfortable, very well organised. Just perfect for the 5 of us

Great location and comfy

Pros: Comfortable space. I wouldn't say it very spacious nor is it very tight. There are two rooms, one with one queen bed and another with two queen beds. There was a surprise big teddy bear in the room with one queen bed. Secondly, is the location - near to Okubo Station and just one train stop to Shinjuku Station on the Chuo-Sobu line. Thirdly, they provide Nintendo Switch. Not many options, but at least something to keep the kids busy for a bit.

Cons: The stairs is rather steep and narrow. Luckily it is just around 10 - 15 steps only. Check in guide said international adapter is available, but it wasn't there. Texted the owner but no response.
