Comfortable hotel in a convenient location

Pros: A very nice hotel located close to the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station. The room was on the small side, but perfectly adequate in terms of facilities, with a comfortable bed, all the usual in-room amenities and a bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast is divided into a Western/continental section and a more traditional Japanese one, with a very wide selection that should satisfy all types of guests. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. A big advantage is the subway entrance almost directly across the street, which makes the hotel an ideal base for exploring the city.

Excellent Japanese hotel chain option

Pros: The location was excellent for us. Quiet area and right across the street from a subway entrance. The 7/11 across the street was a bonus as was the other smaller shops. All in all, exceeded expectations. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was a decent offering.

Cons: We were 3 adults and while we had a full bed each (no sofa bed!), it was a tight squeeze. In hindsight I would have gone for 2 bedrooms. We made it work and the cleaning staff were fantastic. It was just right for us.

Very comfortable hotel with a great location.

Pros: Location is great, near the Imperial Palace and easy access via Hanzomon metro station over the road to the other busy tourist areas. Room size was ok, facilities good. Love the pyjamas!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time in Tokyo

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and nice area plenty of local convenience stores and restaurants. close to Hanzomon metro so makes it easy to get around town. imperial palace not too far and a nice walk to get there.

Loved it!!!

Pros: Absolutely amazing hotel. Literally right across the road from hanzomon station so traveling anywhere only took however long the train trip was. E.g. Shibuya was only 20minutes away and all of it was on the train. There was a 24/7 convenience store (7/11) right down the road which took maximum one minute to walk to. Incredible location and excellent amenities, they had everything you need. The room looked a little small because our twin beds were extremely close together, but everything is moveable. Me and my friend separated the beds and put the table in the middle of the room and immediately we had space to open both our suitcases and still walk around. Make sure you put the layout back to how it was before though! The staff speak English and are very sweet and helpful. 100% recommend.
