comfy stay but poor drainage of shower

Pros: It's my 2nd time staying here. Didn't have a good impression previously, remembering it as slightly dirty due to infrequent housekeeping unless for a fee. This time the room felt more spacious and comfortable. The size was nice too.

Cons: The drainage for the bathtub is tiny. It gets choked by 2nd shower.. and it wasn't even a lot of hair or whatt..

Great location and good base to explore Tokyo

Pros: Very good location, close to the metro station, room on the bigger side for Tokyo standards, clean, microwave, washing machine and water boiler in the room.

Cons: There was a bit of a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. It was fine with airing out the room but noticeable when you come in from outside. The bed is on the smaller side and one blanket needs to be shared between two people.

Pros: The location and the warm hospitality by the front office staff. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. :)

Cons: What’s there not to like? We love our stay there and this is our 2nd time and will stay there again on our next trip.

Very comfy and convenient stay.

Pros: Easy to access via public transport. Comfy room, and what I love the most about Tokyu Stay - your own private washer-dryer for convenient laundry.

Cons: It's a little dated compared to another Tokyu Stay we stayed at, although still very nice and comfy. The pillows were not very comfortable though.

Professionally run comfortable hotel.

Pros: Excellent professional reception staff. Room large for Japan (20m2) Local area mainly locals not very touristy. Very good ramen restaurant across from hotel.

Cons: Nothing. It was all very good.

Pros: Location is good. 5 mins walk from Monzennakacho MRT station(with elevator available). No worry for big luggage. There is in room washing machine( laundry detergent included). Free coffee.

Excellent venue with laundry

Pros: Hotel was not that far from major attractions by train. Good spread of cuisines (western, Japanese, fast food and Bento). Have 2 parcinko parlours and a supermarket nearby. There is also a temple/shrine next door. The biggest dealmaker was the laundry in room. Did not have to fight with others in the laundry area.

Cons: Instead of weekly housekeeping perhaps every 3 days?

Clean and functional

Pros: The staff were very friendly and let us drop off our bags early. The hotel is close to a metro station and provides basic toiletries and pajamas. The washer/dryer in the room was great and easy to use. We found everything to be very clean.

Cons: There was some noise coming in from the street that can make it difficult to sleep at night.
