Nice clean room with pleasant staff and great location.

Pros: Great location. Great coffee shop just up the road. They made nice strong coffee which was important first thing in the morning. Staff were very polite and helpful. Nice room with comfortable bed.

Cons: The TV volume was set at a maximum of 30. Watching movies was very hard to hear because it was so quiet. Coming back late at night all we felt like doing was watching a movie before falling asleep but because volume was so low we couldn’t.

Pros: Kindness and helpfulness of workers to customers especially being a tourist

Phenomenal hotel

Pros: Fantastic amenities, staff were friendly and the place was spotless. The slippers were a lovely touch and the bath, albeit small yet deep, was phenomenal after long days of walking. The location was decent for travelling in all directions.

Cons: There’s not a single fault I could say that wouldn’t just be my personal preference. The hotel was incredibly accommodating and comfortable and good value for money

Good location

Pros: Good location, E and F subway lines 5 minutes walk from the hotel (I tried to avoid Shinjuku main station which is a maze). Room was good size, mattress and pillows are memory foam so extremely comfortable. Luggage storage is complimentary if you arrive early. There's at least 4 APA hotels nearby so ensure you use the address on booking.com to get to the right one.

Cons: Only 1 elevator for the whole hotel so it gets busy at check out time, buffet breakfast a bit pricey at 1600yen per person.

Decent enough stay!

Pros: Staff were friendly and amazing when I required assistance. Rooms were clean, TV worked mostly and bathrooms were decent enough size.

Cons: Rooms are small, 2 people max, suitcases are hard to fit however decent value for money still. Airconditioning was set to a certain temperature which you couldn't adjust at all so it was very hot, during winter we had the windows open just to stay comfortable.

Generally good hotel, would stay again in the future.

Pros: Proximity to transport, convenience store and lively and safe area

Cons: The dryer is not really good as you need few cycles to be able to dry clothes completely

Would stay again

Pros: Breakfast was good with friendly staff. Rooms were a little on the small side but very clean and tidy. The location was great and within good walking distance of restaurants and activities. All facilities within the hotel were clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Cons: A slightly bigger dining area would have been good but definitely not a deal breaker.

The stay was very comfortable, and the location was ideal for tourists.

Pros: Our stay was very comfortable, and the location was especially convenient. Grocery markets, halal restaurants, and the train station were all within walking distance, which made getting around very easy.

Cons: Room housekeeping was available only after three days, although fresh bath towels were received on a daily

Great for first timers, but Kabukicho may not suit everyone

Pros: The location is right in the center of many tourist attractions, which makes it perfect for first time visitors to Tokyo. Everything is very lively and there is always something happening nearby. Even though the area is busy at night, the hotel room itself was not too loud. As expected in Tokyo, the room was small but functional. I also loved that the hotel provides pajamas, which is a really nice touch and means you do not need to bring your own.

Cons: I would not say this is the best option for solo women, as Kabukicho is known as Tokyo’s red light district and there is a lot of craziness outside at night. While it did not affect noise levels in the room, the area can feel overwhelming. The pillows were also not very comfortable and could definitely be improved.
