Setagaya House by Tranova

Pros: Great stay at Setagaya house, the room was wonderfully clean and spacious for two. Loved the extra touch of coat hangers, they came in really handy for drying our clothes! Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone in the Setagaya area.

Hier würden wir wieder übernachten!

Pros: Sehr gute Lage. Für Tokyo recht groß. Küche, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle vorhanden. Toilette und Bad sehr sauber und komfortabel. Clevere Anordnung!

Cons: Das Bett hat leider bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht und war nicht sehr bequem.

清潔感がとてもあり、少し気になった点もこちらが工夫すれば大丈夫だったので満足です。

Pros: ベッドやお風呂場、トイレなどとても綺麗でした。 シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディーソープと有名ブランドのが置いてあり、タオルもあったのでとても良かったです。 また、スーパーやコンビニが近くにあったのも良かったです。

Cons: 部屋の電気をつけたまま、エアコンを2台つけようとすると、ブレーカーがすぐに落ちてしまいました。 テーブルも低めのが1つで、なにか作業するには向いてないと思いました。 また、鏡が少なかったです。 お風呂場の大きな鏡と、トイレにある狭いスペースの鏡のみで化粧などするのは不便でした。 鍵の取り出しが少し分かりにくかったです。 あのタイプのポストを使ったことがなかったため、動画などが添付されていると見ながらできるのでいいと思いました。

広くてきれい

Pros: 広くてきれだった。 駅も近いし周りにスーパー、コンビニ、飲食店も多い。 コインランドリーが道路の反対側にありhouseで洗濯してコインランドリーで乾燥させました。

Cons: キーボックスの開け方最初難しかった。 洗濯用洗剤、フローリングドライシート、トイレの清掃シート、キッチンペーパー等あるともっと良かった。

また泊まりたい。

Pros: 駅から近く、便利な立地で静かでした。タオルや食器もすべて揃っていて手ぶらで行っても大丈夫なくらいです。夜中にお腹がすいたので近所のスーパーでインスタント味噌汁を買ってケトルでお湯を沸かして飲みました。最高！

Cons: 強いていうなら、、ですが。スマホ充電用のUSBを差し込めるコンセントがあればよかったなと思います。モバイルバッテリーとケーブルは持ち歩いてるのでモバイルバッテリーとスマホの充電ができたらなおよかったなと思いました。ただ、コンセントは盗まれたりする可能性もあるので、あえて置いてないのかもしれませんが。

快適でした

Pros: 足が伸ばせる湯船があったのはすごく良かったです。食器もあり良かったです、とにかく清潔感があり快適です。 床暖房もありエアコンも各部屋にあり良かったです

Cons: 最初の鍵の説明の番号が違っていて入れず、試行錯誤しないと入れないところ。ちょっとしたトリックでした。トイレの壁が近く狭いです、テーブルが小さい為、家族でご飯は食べれないです。コンセントが一つだけで延長コードはあったが３個だけだった。

Pros: 위치도 좋고 가성비도 매우 좋은 곳이었습니다. 매우 만족하며 다음에 또 머무르려고 합니다. 축제 기간에 잘 맞으면 숙소 안에서 축제를 즐길 수 있어요

Cons: 2층이 숙소였는데 좁은 계단으로 짐 옮기는 건 좀 힘들었습니다.

Pros: Having a small grocery store and convenient store right outside the location was great. Appreciated the quick responses to my questions.

Cons: Could use a small high table with chairs and/or a counter top of some sort. There was no where to put any of our belongings or eat. Also, the larger bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.

It was a great experience staying there, will definitely go there again when visiting japan

Pros: All was great, very clean, all the tools there worked properly and it was not a busy area, so we can enjoy japanese ordinary lifestyle

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at Setagaya House as it was so clean and the location was very close to Setagaya station, near the supermarket.

Cons: The only minor thing was the stairs to go up to the room. In case you have heavy luggage, you may have issues bringing it upstairs and down.
