Pros: I like the breakfast and drink bar. When I scald my hand, the staff bring ice pack very quickly.

Cons: Bad patrons who dirty the place and are irresponsible and make the staff have more work to do.

Pros: This is the second time we've stayed in a hotel. I really like both the location and the hotel itself. Clean, comfortable, good rooms, the room has everything, even a table mirror. I recommend it!

Great hotel and location

Pros: Location is quiet but near lots of great restaurants, konbini stores and station. The free drinks and soft serve ice cream in the eveninga was a great plus.

Cons: Staff refused to help us make dinner reservations.

Overall, it was a comfortable and quiet stay with excellent train access and convenient surroundings

Pros: I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Monzen-Nakacho Station with access to two train lines, the Oedo Line and the Tozai Line, making it very easy to travel around Tokyo. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained, with complete facilities and very comfortable bedding that allowed me to rest well after a long day. Soundproofing was good, so the room felt peaceful at night. The hotel is also conveniently located near supermarkets and convenience stores, which made buying daily necessities and food very easy. As a nice added bonus, the hotel provides free coffee from morning until evening, which was very convenient and enjoyable. Overall, this is a great hotel choice with excellent transport access, a quiet and comfortable room, and very practical surroundings.

Cons: A small downside is that the room space is a bit small, and the bathroom does not have a separate shower and toilet, which might feel slightly cramped for some guests. Overall, this is still a great hotel choice with excellent transport access, a quiet and comfortable room, and very convenient surroundings.

Wonderful stay close to many restaurants and the station for ease of travel

Pros: We moved to this hotel from another for some extra comfort. Wished we’d booked all 6 nights at this hotel as it was quiet, exceptionally clean and so comfortable. The bed was much better for our backs than our previous hotel chosen in Tokyo for this trip. Overall a wonderful hotel experience.
