JR-East Hotel Mets Shibuya

Pros: Location was very convenivent to the main station and shopping district as well as eateries and convenience stores.

Great stay. I would recommend.

Pros: It was in a great location, with clean rooms, and comfortable beds.

Cons: Only if you’re being critical, but it would be nice if it had an onsen. However, this was not an issue.

Easy and convenient

Pros: I booked 2 rooms at this hotel. Already provided comments for our stay.

Good option to visit Shibuya area

Pros: Nice hotel very close (walking distance) to Shibuya. The room was clean and the bad very comfortable. Room was more spacious than in other hotel of similar category. Breakfast was good.

Cons: The bathroom is very basic in space and materials. I would have preferred a shower than a bathub, but ok. Safebox small for a laptop.

My Perfect short Stay

Pros: Its a 6 minutes walk to Shibuya JR station. Halal restaurants and convenience store are within walking distance. Coffee shops nearby is excellent. My favorites are the hotels amenities ❤️ every arrival at the hotel always stopby to pick up at the lobby… shampoo, range of skin cares and they even have bath powder for various use (big love) after long walks at night always love to soak in the bathtub with the lavender bath powder makes sleep so soundly 😴 They also have coffee machine at the lobby floor… laundry… microwave and vending machines 😭 my stay is perfect. The staff is very friendly, they helped me to getting a taxi to move to our next hotel although we didnt manage due to time constraints. But they were really helpful. We were even allowed to keep our luggage at the hotel till evening.

Cons: Hmmmh… don’t recall any inconvenience encountered during my stay

I will Absolutely come back!

Pros: The location was quite accessible to many places. Few minutes away from my favorite onigiri and karaage store in shibuya. Breakfast foods were delicious as well. It was quite nice doing some running each night. I definitely enjoy the stay in the said place.

Cons: None so far.

Great Hotel and totally recommend for your stay in Tokyo.

Pros: Great value. Great location. Decent room size and layout.

Cons: Directions to find hotel on arrival. We walked around the entire station to get to the hotel when it was accessible directly from the platform. Spend some time working the route out before you travel as it will save you 45 minutes!

A pleasant stay

Pros: Location was fantastic close to shops and trains Good amenities in rooms. Easy check in and check out Helpful staff

Cons: Small rooms Housekeeping does not appear to include vacuuming the carpet.

So central I don’t have to take the train.

Pros: The rooms were one of the biggest we had come across in Japan and they were well fit out and clean.

Cons: The location while it was close to the train station it was a little awkward to get to. And it felt a bit removed from the hubbub of Shibuya, however that can be appealing if you didn’t want to be nestled right in amongst the city as it wa still very close.
