Wonderful stay definitely come back again

Pros: Location is great close to everything. Nice bed Very clean and tidy Good communication and very helpful if you got questions

Cons: Nothing everything is perfect

Pros: The hotel has a good location, just 10 minutes from the metro station, with many small cafés and lunch spots nearby. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The owner was very friendly and communicative. Overall, it was worth the money.

Cons: Clean towels were not provided frequently, although we did not ask about it in the chat. There weren’t many tourist spots or landmarks in the area.

Pros: Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice location in walking distance to metro. Will return soon.

Cons: Entering the room is more cumbersome and complicated than it should be. Opening a box to get as key to open a door, but you cannot remove the key so the same game every time you want to open the door.

Pros: The hotel is well located. It's a pleasant area for strolling. There are plenty of local cafes and small restaurants that aren't for tourists. The staff is attentive, always available, and helpful.

Pros: Overall, it was a great stay. The place was more spacious than a hotel and allowed us to relax and live at our own pace. The place is new and feels very clean and comfortable. I really liked how easy it was to enter using the keypad, so there was no need to carry a key around. Everything we needed for everyday life was already there, which made our stay easy and stress-free. The walk from the station is a little long, but the roads are clean and easy to walk on, even with a suitcase! The garbage separation rules in Japan are quite detailed, so they might feel a bit complicated if you’re not used to them.

Cons: Unfortunately, the mattress quality was not very good. It may be relatively new, but it was quite hard, squeaky, and uneven. The mattress pad was also low quality and let air through, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Pros: The room was very comfortable, and the amenities were well provided. I had a very pleasant stay. I like it!

Pros: The location was great. Thorough check in and other information supplied, clean and spacious enough. Bathroom was great, as were kitchen and washing machine facilities. Instructions and manuals for all appliances supplied, TV, heating and internet were all amazing. Felt very safe and suited us well. Great view of Tokyo Tower from our balcony.

Cons: It’s marketed as a two bedroom apartment when it isn’t- it is a studio with a fold out wall and a sofa bed (this is visible in the photos just hard when researching many places to stay). We could not work out the sofa bed and there were no instructions, unfortunately property support was unable to help with this through message. Maybe in the future ask if you can have the bed folded down by the cleaners before your stay.

Good place to stay, felt like home

Pros: It's amenities, how close it was to main train station it just felt like going back to home and not a hotel. Will definitely book it again if I go back to Tokyo and recommend booking it.

Cons: The main bed was small for 2 people and sofa bed was short and a bit uncomfortable.

It's was comfortable and convenient.

Pros: The room is neat and minimalistic, has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great if you want to sightsee - it's next to Tokyo Skytree and near the Senso-ji shrine. Would definitely book again.

Pros: My English is not good so I use ChatGPT😆 This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan! Everything was sooo amazing!!! The room was very spacious and looked exactly the same as the photos. It had a kitchen, a fairly large bathroom (which is rare in Japan), and even a washing machine — everything you could possibly need.

Cons: The only small inconvenience was that slippers were not provided, but I completely understand the environmental policy.
